We both have separate accounts but wanted to just add my name to his account. When we arrived the account banker and the manager were helping separate people but there was no one else in line at all. We waited for 45 minutes. In that time two other couples arrived that apparently had appointments. No big deal. However, after knowing that we were there, after one of the bankers coming out to talk to other random customers but not even acknowledging that we were there, a teller Nikki with a horrible attitude came out to tell us we would have to make an appointment for Monday. She was not apologetic at all for our wait. When asked why someone did not say we needed an appointment she actually responded with "That is the way it is even if we don't have a sign posting it.We only say something if we have time to talk to you." Are you kidding me? We make that bank money and they don't have time to talk to us? I refused to make an appointment with them as I will be taking my banking elsewhere. This is not the first time we have had horrible service with Bank of America. I will be going to the location on Power on Monday to close my accounts with them. I refuse to be treated like garbage by a kid with an attitude while the manager looks on from a desk and does nothing. When I asked what the manager's name was the teller gave both her name and Rob as the branch manager. She then said she did not care about reviews and told me to have a "fantastic" day in the most snide voice possible. Congratulations Bank of America. The fee was not my main concern; but more so to the unprofessional and unfriendly manner towards me. I didn't understand his tone or demeanor towards me. I didn't understand why Avril walked away to get him. She didn't express any concerns to me. Both Avril and Christan came off like bullies singling me out. What a horrible, "unfriendly" experience.

Upon walking into the doors the "manager" would have been next to help me in line, instead of helping me she walked past me and said out loud "don't think I didn't forget about you" and entered into her office. Knowing we had issues before, her condensating attempt at rage baiting. I ignored the comment and went forward to work with the teller. The teller was polite and easy to work with but she had to ask the manager to come over and see when the rest of the money will be available because of a "hard hold". When the manager walked over she couldn't help herself to again for the second time mention the incident that happen 1 week ago. She, out of no where. Starts talking about last week, I wasn't trying to talk about it, she continued to antagonize me and then said that I would be receiving a letter in the mail that my bank will be canceling my account. I told her I'm selling a 700k house, no loan. That money would be hitting my account soon. She replied "we don't need your money". Emotions-aside you're paid to be professional at all times. Like who does that kind of back and forth in a professional workplace. A bank of all places, in front of 10-15 customers and other workers. She had a great opportunity to be nice but instead wanted more chaos. Talk about a bank. She's a tyrant and anyone that reports her or leaves a comment. She would likely bully them for weeks.
