!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I…read more I purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 from GOT TRUCK. I Spoke to the owner Rob and made the purchase with their salesman Mike. Mike over billed me by 1000$ due to a miscommunication..in fairness after I caught that report..the 1k was sent back to me . The vehicule in question was sold to me As a theft recovery with no physical damage , I was told the salvage title report would indicate theft recovery but no physical damage. After purchasing , i looked up the Carfax and discovered that the truck was not only stolen/recovered , it also had reported front end damage which ..unfortunately creates "diminished value" There is a big difference in value between a car that has never been wrecked and one that has, even when the repairs are done right, the value is severely Diminished. I was told after I confronted Rob about this that the damage to front end wasn't bad..I tried to explain that the issue isn't so much the damage as much as the fact that the report on this truck indicated damage and this was never disclosed to me . This is FRAUD BY CONCEALMENT, plain and simple.

I bought my truck from them, along with a warranty through a third party…read more The service department apparently washed the engine because there was an oil leak at the front top of the motor. I had the truck inspected by an independent source, and they found nothing wrong. By washing and detailing the engine compartment, they covered up the fact that there was an oil leak at the top front of the engine. I called the warranty company and they had no record of the warranty on file. I called got trucks back and after speaking to the sales manager, and the service manager, and the finance dept., they indicated they would get this underway. This was seven days after the sale. I will likely not go back to this dealership, as they covered up a serious enough problem. Plus they did not follow through on registering the warranty in due time. I do have the warranty, but I will definitely take it somewhere else to have it repaired. I cannot trust their service department after this incident.

Never got title or tags! Went to dmv and they said the title isnt in my name and they closed down…read moreand I gotta keep buying 90 day tags until I can get them for fraud. As of now I got to jump threw 100 legal steps just to hopefully not lose my car and money. Btw same sales guy as last review Mel Stewart sales manager

Buyer beware! Let's just start with saying this was a hassle from the get go. From finding the ad…read moreto the vehicle on Facebook market place know it had a bad engine( I was fine with that) to finding out it was a fake Facebook account fake name. I go to check out the vehicle and purchase all cash no financing. Mel takes care of the paperwork for me and tells me the title is in Florida and will be overnighted/ expedited and will have in a day or so. First red flag. I tow the vehicle out of there. Get home and go over the paperwork to find out the wrong vin and vehicle are on the paperwork ( my fault for not checking). Call back the following day and set it up to come back in to get the paper work sorted out. Got the correct paperwork finalized. Now here come the excuses. I call a week and a half later asking where my title is for the vehicle. Was told by Andrew that I was told when buying the car it could take up to 30 days per Arizona to give me a title. 2nd red flag. I contact them again stating I never got registration on the vehicle when purchased. Finally they get back to me to send me over "registration " for the vehicle. They send me a temp tag in a email. Contact azmvd and was told that's not a valid registration. Third red flag. Texted Mel calls and informs me the title is in and needs to go to the mvd for transferring. I stated I would pick it up. No response. I have my finance call again and check the status of the title and Mel tells her he dropped off the title at the mvd and would call us back when it's ready to be picked up. Me knowing 3rd party mvd is a in and out process I texted him back saying I'm coming up there to pick my title up or the title they have on hand and to sign it over to me. I drive up there and another guy in the office states Mel's at the mvd he will be right back. So I waited. Mel shows up runs inside grabs a title and says he will be right back. Drives to the mvd actually gets it transferred and registered with legit plates this time. Glad it's over with. No surprised how they are even in business. From the run around games to the not responding to the lies. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with them. Word of advise. You would do better in business if you had integrity and not play games. I have all emails and texts and voices mails if they try saying anything I said was a lie!

Upon walking into the doors the "manager" would have been next to help me in line, instead of helping me she walked past me and said out loud "don't think I didn't forget about you" and entered into her office. Knowing we had issues before, her condensating attempt at rage baiting. I ignored the comment and went forward to work with the teller. The teller was polite and easy to work with but she had to ask the manager to come over and see when the rest of the money will be available because of a "hard hold". When the manager walked over she couldn't help herself to again for the second time mention the incident that happen 1 week ago. She, out of no where. Starts talking about last week, I wasn't trying to talk about it, she continued to antagonize me and then said that I would be receiving a letter in the mail that my bank will be canceling my account. I told her I'm selling a 700k house, no loan. That money would be hitting my account soon. She replied "we don't need your money". Emotions-aside you're paid to be professional at all times. Like who does that kind of back and forth in a professional workplace. A bank of all places, in front of 10-15 customers and other workers. She had a great opportunity to be nice but instead wanted more chaos. Talk about a bank. She's a tyrant and anyone that reports her or leaves a comment. She would likely bully them for weeks. That's not professionalism. Lowest class manager employee in all of global, Alaska or tcf history. I'll be cleaning out my account, hopefully she can mind her business tomorrow and shove it.
