It's been several months since they had closed my newly opened account and they still haven't sent my $25 deposit back to me.

Nice clean place, just off the I-17. Easy to find. Services my credit union from California, very easy to work with. No problems at all.

This is a great credit union! The staff is always very nice!!…read more The best part is that since this a credit union, there is no supporting the banksters who caused the financial collapse!! It's local and more accountable to members, so there are less obnoxious fees ect. They are always very helpful when sending wire transfers to buy Bitcoins at reputable exchanges, another great way to undermine banksters!!!!

More than 10 minutes passed and I was still sitting there, so I walked out to the lobby, which was empty, and asked the two young tellers where the rep was. They just kind of shrugged and went back to looking at their phones. The woman returned and said she had to leave because she was double-booked. Someone else showed up and said he'd take over. So, I showed him my ID and EIN letter and he asked questions. That part was fine. He said he'd be in touch within a day or two. About a week later, I emailed him and asked him what was up. He was apologetic and gave some BS excuse. I told him him I had a bunch of cash at home that I'd really like to deposit. He said he had to check with someone, or something along those lines. More days went by. I called him and left a message asking for him to call me back. Nothing. I deposited my money at another credit union today and can honestly say that dealing with AZOne CU was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life.

I sat infront of an advisor thinking with a few thousand dollars I might finally invest in a plan as I got older. He all but suggested that unless I had a $Million dollars the bank was not very interested. (I do not lie.) Chase like Capital and Wells Worst Fargo AND Bank Amuricun profit over your money. We all need checking. keep balances to a mininmum and watch them for all your payments. Yes online is terrific and a great benefit to use BUT buyer be ware. Do not use savings plans at .02 %. You could have that money sit in A High Yield Savings making 200x that interest. If you have any extra cash put it into a High Yield OR better open your own Investment account online. There are many that cost nothing AND your benefits are 10-20% yearly. As for guidance. Good Luck. NO to big Banking (and take care with small ones as they tend to be more volatile with out the big banks backs.)

We are no longer in the heart of Covid. I should be able to walk in and talk to somebody during normal hours. I think they used this as an opportunity to just slash costs and make more profit. Also - they no longer have safe deposit boxes. That is terrible customer service. What are they doing with the vault space???
