Salesman there (the blond kid with the airpods in his ears) told me if I didn't like the flavor, I could exchange it for something better when the other flavors came in. So I did that .. it was gross (it was like fruitty pebbles flavored protein), a couple days later, they had my favorite flavor, the cinnamon crunch flavor so I went to exchange it. Same salesman said I needed to pay an additional $20 because when I purchased it originally, it was on sale and now it wasn't so I couldn't just do an even exchange. He never said I would have to pay extra since it was on sale and made it seem like it was no biggie to do an exchange. Also called the manager and he backed up his employees choice. Also, the blonde salesman kind of smirked and shrugged at me the entire time. Not very personable. Poor sales. I'm a GNC member who used to go in there all the time, now i just order from another company online. Won't ever go back and I used to spend roughly 80-100 bucks there every month. Oh well.. hope it was worth the $20 you saved!

Walking through the store was a treat, they offer a great selection with good service. The store is busy, but doesn't have the disorganized look that some stores get. Prices are not much more than a grocery store and it's good knowing that produce and other food products are high quality.
