Terrible online service, takes several days for an order to be processed before it's even shipped out

After buying one bad non working vape I returned it right away. I received Exchanged Vape that worked after two puffs. Then again stop working , I wasn't in town to exchange or return for a new one. only to find out they won't do it twice. How is it you don't stand behind a product you carry but you will only give Me a discount for another one that might not work too. I have this company 20 dollars for two vapes that won't work. I've gotten told that apparently this seems to be a problem with some of there vapes (vapor lax)so watch out you guys make sure your Vape works before you leave. I won't go back now. I have never been to their store as I am in California but I order all my juice from them and now only them. I have tried dozens of other companies online for juice but to me they all taste the same, no flavor. Jvapes literally has the best juice I have ever vaped. When they say their juice is going to have a particular flavor it always does and they are always fabulous. I feel so blessed to have found them and love every juice I have purchased from them. Hate this place. Always trying to sell you stuff you don't need and they can't maintain stock on the things you do actually need. They sell mediocre juices at luxury price. Customer service is horrendous. They think they are so knowledgable but half of what they tell you is garbage. The manager of the store is an ill-manned over-make-upped 19ish girl. Every time I have the misfortune of interacting with her I need high blood pressure medication. Most of this only applies to the Prescott store. PV is a little better maybe a 3 star. They would be higher but they have sold me a mod that shorted and a iTaste VV that stopped working correctly a week after I bought it. No returns. read more

Really love the line of juice they have. I usually go to V-Apes in Alhambra, California for my J-Vapes needs but it was great going to the source. I really like the shop, it was well kept. The staff was very social and quick to help me. Great price on 30 mL in my opinion. I also liked the very wide variety of different flavors. Personally I enjoy Pineapple ChooChoo (Pineapple Express) but they have a great line of different flavors. I only give it a 4 star because of the crazy price to get a build was $10 instead of $5. I discovered J Vapes at 2014 ECC in Ontario CA. At the J Vapes booth they were throwing out free samples of eliquid by the handfuls. I was lucky enough to get hit in the head with a bottle of Still Fly. I had no clue what flavor Still Fly was until I went to their website and it sounded tasty. After I tasted it, I was hooked, it has to one of the best tasting eliquids made in America. Since then I have been a regular online customer buying Still Fly but also trying other flavors. Hands down J Vapes consistently produces top quality tasting eliquid and the price is right, LOW!
