This Sprouts is an exceptional store, it's clean with a great selection of healthy, organic foods including fresh, bulk and other items like supplements. Walking through the store was a treat, they offer a great selection with good service. The store is busy, but doesn't have the disorganized look that some stores get. Prices are not much more than a grocery store and it's good knowing that produce and other food products are high quality. Parking is good, it's located at the Prescott Valley Crossroads shopping center and an easy drive from many locations. The staff is helpful and this store is one of the best Sprouts I've been in. Misty, Misty, Misty.... Of course her name is Misty. Zero complaints about the deli; they get both stars. The dairy cannot get 1% Shamrock milk stocked to save their own lives. If there are 3 jugs on the shelf, they will be expired within a week, you'll pay full price. Produce presents perpetually partially ordered. Often flavorless fruit. Endlessly under stocked spices. I don't work here, I do not do self checkout. There's 2-3 cashiers that try very hard to avoid running the register they are clearly assigned to and one that constantly tries to handle my cardiac-alert chihuahua that sits in a bag close to my heart and quietly licks my palm if I start experiencing tachycardia. There's more, but of the two conversations I've had with whom every employee points to as Misty the GM and her entirely dismissive two sentence responses.... What's the point? We're here. read more

The Sprouts in Prescott Valley is awesome! I drive out of my way and travel a bit longer than I have to just to shop there. The store is clean and so nicely stocked! You can tell a lot of the employees are proud to work there, especially one of the Managers, Mysti. She's so nice and helpful. She's always quick to smile and ask me if she can help me with anything. Sprouts is my go to store for quality meats and produce. Everything is always fresh and plentiful. The staff is always nice and helpful and the store is always neat and tidy. The aisles are clearly marked so you can find things easily. They also have a lot of natural herbs and tonics to aid your body as well as having things to help you with a cold or allergies. read more

I had a great experience recently at the Sprouts Farmers Market in Prescott Valley! I stopped by the vitamins section with a few questions, and Tabatha was amazing. She was super friendly, patient, and clearly knew her stuff. Instead of just pointing me to a shelf, she actually took the time to explain the differences between products and helped me find exactly what I needed. It's rare to meet someone who's both genuinely kind and incredibly helpful, and Tabatha really made my visit stand out. Sprouts is lucky to have her on the team! The store itself is also extremely clean and well-organized. The aisles are easy to navigate, everything is stocked neatly, and it's clear the team takes pride in keeping the place looking great. The Customer Service and Service Recovery is lacking by some (not all) employees. I receive misinformation by one staff member which was false not factual and from another staff member a flippant, sarcastic, unprofessional attitude. Their appearance was unsightly as well. Additionally, there are too many out of stock items that are out for far too long. I find this extremely frustrating when you want to consolidate your shopping to one store. The Customer Service, Service Recovery, staff's demeanor, professionalism, knowledge base of products and helpfulness is far SUPERIOR at: Sprouts in Prescott AZ. I love Sprouts and their products and will continue to be a loyal customer ... but it would behoove the Sprouts in Prescott Valley AZ management to retrain their staff to provide exceedingly excellent Customer Service and Service Recovery in every aspect and category. I've been shopping the Prescott Valley Sprouts for over 2 years ... as my primary grocer. I enjoy engaging with the team, from the manager to the folks collecting carts for return to the store, and find them all helpful and friendly. I like taking advantage of the markdowns in meat, dairy and bakery. I can cook up and store in my freezer. Several of the team members are 'chefs' and have been instrumental in my successfully producing a new dish or something I had been having trouble getting just right. Rudest cashiers n on duty manager ever ! Cashier Wears John Lennon glasses , she said I already got a refund on a box of fish ! I bought 1 charged for 2 I wanted my $14. Dollars I'm on a budget the food prices are way over priced. I have not stepped foot in there for months ! Each time there is always something. It's to bad I liked their meat ! Great location but the associate at the Vitamin department was plain rude and discriminatory. She was talking with somebody about generic things and when I asked for a recommendation for a specific supplement, she was impatient and asked me what my hurry was and that she was busy? Associates are meant to sell products with there recommendations and not get so immersed in customer idle chit chat. I won't be going back due to this poor experience at this store. I have liked shopping at this Sprouts very much, although it does tend to be pricey. I usually shop the sales for produce and meat, though, and usually don't buy the higher priced items. Today there was a sale on ground turkey that was promoted in the weekly flyer. There was also a sale sign where the ground turkey was on display that said, $2.00 off, making it $4.99 for a pound. There was only one kind of ground turkey on display, marked at $6.99 a pound,and I assumed, as most shoppers would, that it was the ground turkey on sale. When I went through the checkout, I was charged $6.99. I asked the cashier what happened to the sale price, and she responded that I must have picked up the wrong kind. But as I insisted that there was only one kind of turkey available, so she called back to the meat department, and they told her that they had sold out of the ground turkey that had been on sale. I told her that they need to take down the sale price then if it was no longer available, but she said that they never do that just because they run out. My response was that they are practicing a kind of consumer fraud then, called bait and switch. This cashier did not seem to have any awareness whatsoever about consumer fraud. She did write me a coupon that I could use to get ground turkey at the sale price another time. It was Butcher Shop's Choice, or something like that, another brand than what had rang up as kosher ground turkey. I am just warning other shoppers at Sprout's to be wary of sales promotions, especially when it comes to buying ground turkey. Personally, I have always stopped shopping at supermarkets that I discover are practicing any kind of consumer fraud. read more

This is a really nice Sprouts. We moved up from Phoenix, and I think this store is much better than the stores down there. They have great prices on nice fresh produce, most of which is from the USA. I love the meat counter. My husband eats the jalapeno/bacon burgers which are delish. The fish is always good, and there are some nice discounts on it as well. I love my fish lady; she has a wry sense of humor that is delightful. The staff is cheerful and efficient. I eat vegan/gluten-free, and I'm very thankful that Sprouts is in the area! read more

I find it irritating that establishments are requiring you to wear a facial cover that actually has no protection value at all it's acting as a placebo but people don't understand that The mask is designed for personal protection not group protection it's for an individual not the person standing next to you but again the ones they're handing out offer no protection at all. Hey, I posted in 2019 about how terrible this Spouts store is and was curious about why the Prescott store is so much superior to this one in Prescott valley. Maybe this store does not volume but everything from produce to lunch meat/salads is either due to expire or old and nasty. Is this because management refuses to take old garbage off the shelf. I tried to purchase some bear claws, they don't have any. The had no cut ham that wasn't already expired, same with coleslaw, didn't have any, the macaroni salad was old,old, and older. What gives? Either keep things fresh or close down. Regardless of the reason I will not shop here and go to downtown Prescott if I want to shop Sprouts. read more

In here today, but in all fairness I work elsewhere and I know prices in this industry. They have a decent meat counter and it is on the higher priced side. Their signage confuses me as to what is free range, grass fed, etc... I have to keep an eye on these to make sure I am getting what I am getting. . Don't personally care for corn syrup in my baked goods. The Supplements are where they make their profit. Produce is not all organic or local. Floor staff service was okay, but no one answered my questions. I wish they were more service oriented. Honestly, I bargain shop their adds and buy little if not on sale. read more

Produce is the star here, with the best selection, best quality, and yet the lowest prices in the area. (I still can't get over that fact that the beefsteak tomatoes tasted like real tomatoes! The best I've bought locally in years.) To me it's worth the 10 mile drive from where I am in Prescott. The bulk items are also very good and a great value. They have a nice full meat counter and the quality so far has been good if not a bit on the higher priced side. The grocery section is smaller, and I don't find much there that excites me. The Vitamin/Supplement section I find to be overpriced even though the selection is very large. They have very good weekly ad sales, and on Wednesdays the ad discounts for the prior week and upcoming week are both in effect On both my visits so far the store was clean and well stocked. Check out was smooth and friendly. Floor staff service was mixed. Meat counter service was fast and friendly. Service was great in the grocery section when I was trying to find a specialty. Vitamin/Supplement area was a total fail. Two female staff were busy working, stocking shelves, moving ladders and could not be bothered to ask if the could help me. I stood in one spot, scanning the massive wall of products for over 1o minutes as they worked around me, not 2 feet from me, then then disappeared from the area. After another 10 minutes, one of them returned and I followed her and asked for help to find a particular supplement. She was nice enough, but did no know her products and could not even identify which brand was the best value. This was a sharp contrast to other staff.
