I found a couple places off yelp, but Enchanted Memories was very quick to respond to all my questions. The price was reasonable, which was a plus. I changed my balloon colors a few times, but they were able to accommodate the change. The day of I was able to change my time that they came, since I wasn't in La Quinta yet. I was supposed to be there at 3, but didn't get there until 8. I changed my time to 5 for the delivery and set up. I was so nervous because they arrived before I did, she took the code and went in and installed it within 20 minutes. I didn't know them, so I wanted to be there to when they installed it, since I was staying at an Airbnb. But they ended up being very trustworthy. She sent me a picture once she was done and locked the house back up. I was so relieved. I honestly wanted to see how she set it up, because balloons always terrify me, but it was perfect once I got there. I told them the area I wanted in, and knew I was going to change it up a bit, she was nice enough to let me know I definitely could move it, which I did. I would definitely use them again. I thank them for being so easy to work with and trusting when I couldn't make it to meet them.

And if you actually look at the names on the good reviews, most of them are the same people who were assisting me.
