I repeatedly brought this to Dr. Anthony Pasquarella's attention and was dismissed each time. No effort was made to order even basic diagnostic testing. The situation became so invalidating that I left the office in tears. Even after escalating my concerns and meeting with higher staff, there was still resistance to performing routine labs. After seeking care elsewhere, an endocrinologist listened, acted immediately, and within five days I received a confirmed diagnosis of hereditary hemochromatosis. This is a serious condition that can become dangerous if ignored. The fact that this was overlooked for years, despite clear indicators, is unacceptable. I endured pain, stress and anxiety because my symptoms were escalating, yet i was dismissed repeatedly. I hope Dr. Pasquarella reflects on this and chooses to listen to his patients moving forward. Age and appearance should never determine whether someone is taken seriously. Patients deserve to be heard, and providers have a responsibility to rule out potential causes not dismiss them.

My iron was very low, taking pills was not an option. For 6 weeks I had iron infusions via IV. The nurses were absolutely wonderful and caring. I have terrible veins, and they made sure I was not stuck over and over for the IV. On my 1st 6 month PTSCAN, Dr spotted the area of the cancer that was removed. He called me right away and had me go to my GI Dr who did an Upper GI. He checked the area. It was just swollen from the surgery. I do feel the people here care. I am thankful that every 6 months when I get a PTSCAN, I can have it done right there. I realize having cancer is traumatic all in itself. So many things to deal with. Treatments, Insurance, Recovery. .the list goes on. For me this is my Cancer Treatment Center. I encourage people to try this facility. If one is not happy, a second opinion is always a option.

I not feeling well and can't get anything done with my dental until I get a Pet Scan so they can go forward with treatment and I wouldn't recommend doing radiation because it's a waste of time well after 5 day's and 7 weeks didn't nothing but damage my dental.

The front desk staff was nice but the office staff behind her was rude and unkind. They gave me a standard folder of 1 radiation option. There was no discussion about other options. I will not be seeing anyone from this office for any follow up appointments or treatment.

Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. When I missed 2 days due to an unrelated illness the missed days were immediately rescheduled. Everyone was professional and pleasant, from the ladies at the front desks, all of the radiology techs as well as the doctors. When I finished my therapy, they all gave me a round of applause and offered congratulations. Great bunch of people.

However, it seamed like they were just trying to diagnose without having all the test results back. They decided to keep my relative in the hospital for a couple of days. The room that she was in was sooo disgusting. When we were in the ER it was also very dirty but I chocked it up to the large volume of people who come in. But the room was awful! My experience was very different, from a doctor who…read moreexpected me to strip off my top and bra in front of her without gown or privacy to no follow-up with me for almost seven weeks after radiation treatment ended. In the middle I was called by someone named Vonda from the Boswell office who tried to get me to continue with my 2024 health insurance into 2025 for their convenience, using various lies involving illegal practices she said were employed by new insurance companies. Then I endured a painful "simulation" without information regarding what to expect, music, blanket, or, most importantly, regard for my slightly dislocated shoulder joints. No alternative to standard positioning was offered or tried, and I was treated like a child. Be advised there are no female technicians at this site, so women with breast cancer have to be subjected to rough handling and breast manipulation by males. After another two hours of attempted positioning for treatment in a painful position due to my shoulders, I had still had no radiation treatment. I then transferred to the Boswell location, and was very effectively and compassionately cared for by a radiation therapist named Danielle, who completed the treatment very efficiently.
