Then there have been other horrible people like the one who told my mother she just has to put up with the pain. The biggest problem is the caregivers who are supposed to show up not showing up. We received a call from Taylor to advise us that she was working on a replacement, but if she could not find one SHE WOULD COME HERSELF. They furnished us with all of their licenses and insurance to assure they were fully insured and licensed. We are glad we chose them!
