Amber sized up what I needed, took some measurements, and cranked out a perfect engraved metal plate that she attached to the item. It looks fabulous and she did it in about 30 minutes while I waited. No dropping off and picking up. It solved my challenge directly and she showed me what it would look like all along the way.
