I was attempting to make plaques in honor of my diseased husband and they acted as if my mere $20 order was not worthy of fulfilling the order by the time they said it would be ready. When I said I needed it by the time promised she began yelling at me telling me they had other orders that came first. When a business is confrontational and makes you feel threatened it's concerning to say the least. I realize it's the holidays but there's no excuse no matter how busy you might be. And if there is any question to my motives or truth merely look at the owners/slash employees review of the other similar claim to rudeness and abuse on google reviews and even on responses on yelp.
