I arrived a couple of minutes late. I apologized but she didn't want to hear it. Said she cancelled me and had other customers waiting on her. Said I didn't confirm the appt, which I actually did. Did not look at me and continued to chastise me. Threw her hands in the air asking "I don't know what you want me to do!?" I told her I did not want to be around her negativity and left. I didn't mind if it cut into my appt with me being late. I was prepared to pay and give a generous tip. I purchased a groupon for a custom facial and microdermabrasion service for my Mother's 60th birthday. She scheduled in advance. Close to her appointment, Sherri's daughter texted my mom to cancel her appointment due to her mom being in the hospital. My mom mentioned that her groupon expired soon and her daughter said that it was okay if it did, she would get back to her to reschedule. Two weeks went by and no one contacted my mom to reschedule. My mom has a surgery scheduled wanted to figure out her appointment around this. She texted her daughter to follow up and reschedule, since no one followed up when her first one was canceled. No response. She followed up and asked if no one follows up or can reschedule should she advise her to go elsewhere? No response. My mom followed up again to say that she obviously needs to find somewhere else to go at this point. Sherri's daughter got angry with my mom and went off saying she lacked patience for the lack of response. She then implied that her Groupon business is worthless to them. I am extremely disappointed in: - The lack of professionalism. Sherri's daughter texted my mother from her cell phone as a way of communication from her business. I completely understand emergencies and cancellations happen. Using your personal cell phone to communicate and it being okay on your terms, but when my mom just wanted to follow up to reschedule since you did not weeks later, you get angry with her persistency in wanting to fix the issue when your business should have taken it into your hands to reschedule my mom to begin with. I understand life happens, emergencies happen. That's when communication is key. If Sherri is still in the hospital or if whatever is going on, you can communicate with my mother politely provide GOOD customer service to simply say, I will call you on between these dates to reschedule, and apologize for the lack of follow up. - Treating "groupon" customers as if there's no value. I've been using groupon for services to discover new businesses that have actually made me into a long term customer. Its a great way to try out a new place based on reviews and see if this can be a continued relationship. If you feel groupon customers is chump change for you, please discontinue your relationship with them. - Ruining a gifting experience for my Mother. I was excited for her to get pampered and have a wonderful experience as mention on reviews here and groupon. But instead she called me to ask if there was a way I could get refunded due to this experience. I now am doing my best to make up for this gift gone bad. I don't feel this is a reflection of Sherri and her services, but there's things that definitely need to get addressed to ensure this doesn't keep happening or hasn't already happened to multiple customers. Groupon customers, beware. They might treat you like you're lesser because of it. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 7:15pm. I was running a little late because I got off work late. I texted Sherri in advance and let her know I was running late due to getting off work late at even gave her my ETA (which was less than 10 minutes after my appointment time). I texted her this at 7:00pm. The website says that appointments will be held for 15 minutes if running late , but she responded to my text saying "I'm not inclined to stay any later today" at 7:17pm. I texted her at 7:18pm that I was only 3 minutes away. When I arrived, the doors were locked. I texted her and she she said they lock at 7:00pm and that she had left. Really unprofessional to have a policy on the website that says appointments will be held for 15 minutes for late arrivals and then not honoring that policy. It was not my fault I got off work late, and I gave her an advance notice. I'd recommend going to a different business that knows how to run it professionally. read more

I deliberately waited 2 days post-procedures to review so I could give an accurate assessment. I am disappointed in my outcome. I had a Microneedling with a dermaplane add on. I noted today that an entire section of my left cheek was not properly dermaplaned, along with below my bottom lip and between my eyebrows. I am back to plucking to even out these areas. The total cost for the procedures was just shy of $500 w/ tip and post-care kit. We are new to the area so I have been relying on Yelp to find new providers. This one was a miss. read more
