One of the most unprofessional business dealings I have ever experienced. I am still shocked! The…read morerealtor I was working with in trying to find a vacation property sent me an email saying I am making a decision with my brain and not my heart because I did not want to pay asking price for a home that HE fell in love with! I considered posting his entire email because I would never want anyone to work with someone so unprofessional but contact me if you are interested in reading the awful emails from Frederic Delarue at Windermere Real Estate in Rancho Mirage. Please contact me before you consider using them. You will be stunned at the lack of professionalism!

I have such a BAD experience with couple agents in this office, I want to specifically name them…read morehere -- Carol Cianfarani & Courtney Erwin. They have no ethics, period. They represented the buyer, (and I was a seller,) and their CRAZY buyer cancelled the deal 2 days before the closing date, causing me paying for things. They wanted their client's whole EMD back, not losing a penny. I had to pay for clean up and HOA fee even I didn't have to because it is a short sale property. However I did pay because she said she'd buy if I pay. And she ended up backing out with no guilt or thought of compensating what she's done. These diligent(???) agent people dragged and dragged when I asked for my money back since they know that i have to give up and sign the cancellation so I can put my property back on market as soon as possible to prevent from foreclosing it. Well, I hope no other seller wants to make any contract with them because it will be the worst experience ever.

Covering it up only that it looked good for the inspection! Electrical cover ups, shower valve is leaking behind the wall, the microwave is not installed correctly it's leaning out of the wall not even hooked up to the exhaust fan. Beware of this realtor especially some Neil guy that was the selling agent will never sell or buy a home with Keller Williams. BEWARE

I emailed Betty K. about a property in yucca valley that was listed on Realtors.Com, she contacted…read moreme back promptly on a Sunday (odd in itself), to say the property I am interested has sold but there is a vacant lot next to it and that the owner is motivated to sell, if I would like to place an offer. She did not provide further info about the vacant available lot except that water has been paid. If she still has the more desirable property available (no picture btw) on Realtors.Com but it is no longer available and she uses it to lure you in with a less desirable property, isn't that the definition of a bait and switch. Just saying. Updated to say that I emailed her about the available lot and she said it is 2.5 acres, and 15k. So less acreage for more money? As of today she is still baiting people with the more desirable listing. Bait and switch. She even changed her story from 'sold' to 'owner asked me to pull the listing'. If either is true then she needs to remove the listing from Realtors.Com and stop baiting people with it.
