She found us a buyer that couldn't come up with the down payment for our condo we were selling. There is a certain amount of down payment required by L&S land lease company and she hid the fact from us that this buyer didn't have the money! We then found out through a lender that our realtor Johanna from Palm Springs Town and Country Realty knew this info but chose to hide it from her own clients. Not only the sale of our condo stalled for over 3 months! But my partner lost his home that he was purchasing on a contingency basis, and we almost lost our condo to all the accumulated fees. This realtor will waste your time, lie and will make many, many, many mistakes on simple documents and transactions. BEWARE!
