It was supposed to be a hot honey pepperoni. The description said mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni and hot honey. The pizza had no ricotta and if it did have hot honey, I didn't taste it. Service was ok. The staff seemed very overwhelmed for the amount of people. They had maybe 5 occupied tables. One of my pet peeves of dining out is everyone getting their food at the same time. If you run a business that has personal pizzas as the majority item on the menu, you should be able to time them to all be finished at the same time so everyone eats together. Our pizzas were all brought out more than five minutes apart. The inside is nice and they have an arcade upstairs. We were going to check it out but the dining experience was so off putting we just decided to leave.

Speaking of beers, this local Arlington brewery has several that give you a good buzz with a unique taste. The Do I Make you Thorny sour ale has a raspberry touch to it and a pleasure to sip. The other beer we tasted is the Love is an alien IPA. This is smooth with a good hoppy kick. The shortthorn blonde ale was another one we wanted but sadly, sold out. The menu had plenty of IPAs to taste so they specialize in hoppy beers. I heard the pizza here is fantastic so that'll be something to try for next time along with other beers. Overall, there's good vibes here with a diverse demographic of people who enjoy beer, pizza, and hanging out. I can get down with that.

There's HVAC vents hanging down and there are 2 mini splits. It's nearly 100F outside and it's comfortable enough (not real cool) in here. Our server, Penelope, was quite pleasant. She was able to answer our food questions and give us recommendations. They use handheld order taking devices. I like that. I had a Shiner Boch to start and my wife had a Margarita rocks - no salt. Both drinks came out lightning fast. My beer was nice and cold and her margarita was real tasty and not too sweet. For dinner, I ordered the smaller order of Fried Catfish with a side. I had Tots. The fish filet was large, thin-battered, crispy and hot. The tots side was huge, crispy, hot and tasty. A great fried food meal. Took some of it home too. My wife ordered the Street Tacos. She was able to eat 2 of the 3 and she enjoyed them. Their homemade salsa was good and it had some heat to it. We brought her 3rd taco home. Pricing was fair. Service was great and fast. I ordered the Waygu burger medium rare with truffle fries, the burger came out medium/medium well not what I wanted but I didn't make a fuss because the server already seemed like and couldn't handle her tables, the truffle fries were really good. My friend did all like what they ordered and their food looked good too. I also had a couple beers that were both good but I was disappointed to see that they didn't have any stouts or porters on draft this time if year. There's always such a fun, welcoming vibe that makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening. Christina helped us out with the merchandise, and she was so sweet and such a joy to talk to! She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made our visit even more enjoyable. We talked about the different seasons we've visited. She let us know that February is a great time to visit for the Dolly Parton themed cups, which gives us another reason to come back! We always have a great time here and can't wait to return on our next Stockyards visit. Definitely a must-stop for great drinks, music, and a fun atmosphere!
