Made appointment on 2/18, for mid March per Amy's instructions as I had to be cleared for arthroscopic surgery on 4.3.26. Appointment was for 3/18 at 9:15. Receptionist Stephanie Did Not enter into their system so when I showed up on 3/18 I was not on the schedule. It is not the patient's fault if the receptionist does not do her job. Stephanie tried to blame the patient for not keeping the small appointment card after I transferred it to my personal calendar. Another patient behind me said "this happens here a lot". They refuse to respond to multiple pharmacy fax requests for refill and multiple requests through their portal. It seems that the medical staff doesn't check them, doesn't inform the Dr. of a needed refill request and they just don't give s#it about you as a patient or as a person with chronic disabling medical conditions. They are unqualified, uncaring and should not be employed in the medical field where empathy and compassion and ethics are requirements. On top of that, they had a security breach that disclosed personal information to hackers in January 2023. If you value your health, sanity and dignity, stay away from this miserable place.

So grateful for them all. There staff starting with all the PA's Are amazing. The ladies at the front desk are professional helpful and always very pleasant. You will not believe this they have someone to draw your blood in house ,they don't send you out to get your labs , I love this. They also have vaccines maybe not all but they have some there also a plus for me. I worked in the medical field so ,I know it's important to offer as much services to a patient as possible. I think if we are going to the Dr it's because usually we are not well or you just want to stay healthy . Anyways please check them out they do zoom appointments and in office . Then, besides asking me a slew of questions, he also set up a battery of appointments, labs and re-visits that actually start tomorrow in his office (ultrasound). I also got a couple of scrips written and a blood pressure log to fill out to see how the Nebivolol fares. To say this guy is thorough and shows concern for my well-being is a bit of an understatement. Very positive experience and I have every confidence that he is in my corner. Highly recommended.
