I have always found Dr. Little to be an exceptionally competent diagnostician who is also a consummate professional. When circumstances required he has gone the extra mile to accommodate me, including once meeting me at his office at 2:00 am and on more than one occasion visiting me at home and, when appropriate, bringing me very helpful medications. Dr. Little has never hesitated to recommend me to a specialist when he thought it was in my best interests to have that added expertise. I have dealt with some gut-wrenching conditions which required the work of out-of-town, world-renowned surgeons, but I always drew comfort from knowing that back in Kalamazoo I had a primary care physician who always had my back and was there to deal with post surgical problems, including chronic pain. I've been to other therapy businesses, where patients were nothing more than an assembly line of people doing exercises. The therapists would have 2-3 people at once. So they would give two exercises while they did something with the other and rotate around. So you weren't given full attention to make sure the exercises were being done correctly or if they were a benefit to the patient. This doesn't happen at PT One, as you look around during your exercises, you have a therapist watching your muscle movements, making sure it's doing what it should and not causing pain - and you can see the other therapists treating their patients in the same manner. I highly recommend Physical Therapy One if you need PT to overcome an injury.
