He just happened to be their to help them out. Katelyn was very sweet and apologized for that day even though I feel like it was not her fault. Her physical assistant was very nice too. They took time to explain whatever questions that I had. I had a very good experience today and glad that I decided to reschedule!

I thought this was going to be a great place to take my mom for geriatric care. We went here for…read morealmost a year. The NP was very nice and seemed caring. I wrote her a letter asking for help with a prescription but she never called me about it. I went into the office to ask for help with it a month later and was assured she would call me. She never did. There is absolutely no follow thru when requests are made. I tried to find out the results of a urine test and no one would get back with me. They referred her for several tests but didn't use the right diagnostic codes so her insurance would not cover them so they didn't happen. Any time you call you go thru a call center which is frustrating. Messages either aren't sent to the provider or the provider does not follow thru and return calls. I received a call from the manager about this and he said to call him if there is a problem. I tried that but he was already gone for the day at 5:15. I'm taking her back to her previous PCP who isn't a geriatric specialist, but at least he returns calls and has an educated staff so multiple phone calls are not made. I would not take my family member to this place again.

She's so kind and to have someone fully listen to my concerns is a breath of fresh air. I truly feel she has my back and is willing to run the distance for me to make sure I'm as healthy as possible. She came across as u professional and in a hurry and a general impression that I should just "suck it up". Ga e generic advice like do some exercises amd get some ice for my chronic pain complaint and referred 3x to "preventative care" suggestions when my condition was way beyond the "prevention " stage . This was my second experience with this person and she seems completely inexperienced and u knowledgeable. Awful awful awful care.

My friend went and was given the run around for over 6 months before he she was able to see someone. That was just an initial visit and nothing actually happened. It took 3 months after that to actually meet again just to be referred to someone else. This is a mental health issue for someone who has serious struggles with depression and suicidal thoughts. It's been very hard to watch him struggle so much this year. How can you feel like your life is important when even doctors don't take the time to see you?

I have a newborn baby with high billyrubin levels which requires weekly labs to be done, on three separate occasions they have failed to fax over the paper so we were denied testing at the hospital once and had to wait over half an hour on the other two occasions. Then today we went to kcms on oakland drive for our baby's two month appointment at 9 am and they said we canceled, he is the most important person our my life we would never cancel our appointment. So at 9am this morning once again my son was denied services because of kcms I feel that they could at least have fit us in very disappointed
