We were given a pickup deadline of January 3, 2026. Today is January 3. That is 21 days after the order, and the glasses are still not ready. When my partner called today, the only update was: "they aren't in yet." Staff acknowledged the deadline has passed but gave no explanation and no new timeline. The store did not contact him before the deadline passed. This delay has real consequences. His existing glasses have deteriorated to the point of being unusable, and he depends on corrective lenses to drive safely and perform his job. Missing a promised pickup date for basic single-vision glasses, with no communication or urgency, puts unnecessary strain on someone who relies on vision to work and commute safely. Waiting 21 days for standard single-vision glasses and still missing the promised date is unacceptable. If you need glasses within a reasonable timeframe, do not rely on this location. One star.

My wife asked why she wasn't just refunded the full amount, and the associate admitted the charge but insisted it was a mistake. This felt less like an honest error and more like a push for commission. Now we're stuck waiting days for a refund we never should've needed. If you shop here, double-check your receipt and be cautious--especially if you decline add-ons. We won't be returning.

The reason I purchased a yearly supply was because of the $400 rebate from acuvue Kat informed me of. Saying it was a pretty incredible rebate. $400 rebate? Why wouldn't I purchase the year supply? Kat (along with another employee) told me all I had to do was go to the acuvue website follow the reward instructions and make sure I input a NEW email address. I did that. It did not give me a $400 rebate only a $100 rebate. Kat left me a voicemail saying "Jenny we talked about this, you must've forgotten, make sure you're using a work email or different email." I don't even have a work email because I'm a stay-at-home mom (hence why the $300 loss is a hard one.) I called kat back to inform her it's not an email address I needed, then they gave me two codes to input on the acuvue rewards website. I submitted all the necessary info. Still, a $100 rebate. Even if you use a new email- acuvue still has your information. You make a new profile with a new email address, you still have to input your first name and your last name your mailing address and your date of birth, using a new email doesn't do anything. So instead of getting the $400 rebate I was assured of receiving multiple times. I lost $300 and am only receiving $100. Not a single employee ever knows what's going on there and will steer you in any direction to get your money. Go elsewhere, learn from my loss!

The not-so-good: She recommended a specific over-the-counter dry eye product that she also sells from among a whole line of OTC eye products in her office. They're expensive. I don't care for upselling like this in a medical professional's office. Some dermatologists do this too. That should not be. It presents a conflict of interest. Peddling optional products in a shoestore, beauty salon or car repair shop is no big deal because those provide things that have little to do with health and safety. Eye health (and dermatology) are different. I don't like my medical professionals to get commissions by recommending certain (pricey) products over others...that they just "happen" to sell in their offices. I bought a similar product at Walgreens for a fraction of the cost.
