Everything. Customer Service is not normal i guess in that pet facility, I literally have walked in…read morethere about help for a baby fledging sparrow bird. Felt completely judged, wasn't acknowledged. They did not say "hi" or "welcome in" they just sort of looked at me. I started talking right away as you can see in this video. I don't really need to explain too much other than that. These people really only care about your money and if you're not a patient, they will keep you to the curb, even if it's an emergency, even if it's a little baby bird who literally still needs help with eating and missing feathers under his wings being so little, they kicked them out the door because I had left thinking that they would be able to call a wildlife place or possibly just do their Job! I had gotten the coped called on me for saying a curse word, the lady running away and you can see her legs was also trying to intimidate me by leaning forwards on the desk. Whole place is trash!

Turned away our emergency needs for our dog solely because we weren't from Winnemucca. They told us…read moreif they were to take us, it would be emergency surgery only. And would have a new patient fee? And they wouldn't even look at him, just immediately do a very expensive surgery (which he didn't even end up needing). He's a dog... not a person you need to get to know, this was an emergency... I guess that seems crazy to me. Ended up going to Zimmerman Veterinary and they were amazing. Bad clinic.

Fallon Veterinary Clinic - They literally killed this beautiful little girl. Do not take your animal there if you love your animal.

Dr. Storm and her staff are great. I decided to switch vets from Reno to Fallon now that I'm in…read moreFallon most of the time. I was also feeling like my vet in Reno was putting greed first and animal care second with the way they were nickel and diming my every visit. The prices and care my pets receive at Fallon Vet Clinic is far superior to my last vet so I'm very happy with the switch. My smaller pup is on 3 different medications and Dr. Storms staff have been very accommodating when I call to request refills. I try to be respectful of their 48 hour refill time period but a few times I've been in a pinch and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my situation which I'm very thankful for. One time I had an emergency situation when my bigger dog ate a weeks worth of my smaller dogs meds when we were out of town. I called the clinic and they sprung in to action to help me make sure my bigger dog didn't get sick and then sent a refill for the meds to the nearest pharmacy where I was. They turned a stressful situation in to a manageable one. My smaller pup is nearing 10 years old and had a couple of cracked teeth and needed a dental cleaning. Dr. Storm quoted me a price for the procedure and I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up to pay the bill that it was less than my quote. Their ethics and integrity are valuable to me and I'm happy to recommend this vet!

They pointed me toward lahontan and I was told to make an appointment they want to charge $50. Maybe because I'm from California I've never had to do that before but it is supposedly because people don't show up for surgeries. My cat is dying and I needed help but they just directed me somewhere else farther then my town.

An autopsy was performed to determine cause of death. Body was taken to Cassandra's/Kathy's ver of choice and it's conclusive that the puppy was starved, malnourished and possibly neglected (debris were found in his stomach as well as hook worms). Hystopathology report shows there's no evidence of genetic problems that may have caused starvation nor any viral load. The puppy was a healthy dog. All documents attached here. Cassandra never informed me of any issue with puppy, and only contacted me when he was already dead. Cassandra has agreed to pay reinstitution for Gordo and return a second dog of mine under her care. But she has not made a single payment, nor returned my dog or contacted me since then.

Everything is included with the grooming - bath, toenails, ear cleaning, haircut if needed and brushing. I do offer dog training if you would like more information about training feel free to ask me. I can teach dog training either in a group or 1 on 1 with just the owner and the dog, training is done at grooming shop for 6 weeks but if I think your dog needs extra more training I will push it to 8 weeks.
