I asked if he can come at 10am, to my surprise, he came 9:30am and began working quietly. It was VERY HOT that day and I felt so bad because he was ALONE working but he was so fast and efficient, finished the job, and just left without me knowing LOL! The property looked so much better! This was 4 months of overgrown weeds all over the property. Even though he was alone and it was hot, he worked so hard to help make our home look better and we're so thankful! He removed the roots carefully, paid close attention to detail, and surprised us by applying weed killer between the pavers and shrubs. Our family was impressed. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

I confront him he said, we always do it this way , we never hand pull them, he says but for $50 more I will weed spray after to make sure they stay gone , our product is great and if any come back at all I will come back out and respray for free for the misunderstanding. So Since he already had them halfway done and I already paid, I was stuck in a hard place so I agreed. So it's been 1 month my weeds are back , the spray didn't work and no it hasn't rained, I called 3 times now the wife said they would be out, changes the date or no shows and now today she said her Son stopped by last night at 7:06pm ( which my camera did not show him ) to look and he thinks those are new weeds not from what he weed whacked or sprayed to prevent, but they can come pull them and spray again for $80 once again more money, I already paid this company $300. All I wanted was for them to come out and respray like they said they would; stay true to their word ,it's that simple!!!! Since they didn't do the agreed job right in the first place, I guess being the nice guy and giving them the benefit of the doubt was a mistake!

The work done: valves that leak , timer 1 disconnected on the ground, timer 2 not programmed to run the whole system, 90% hoses that don't deliver water , 1 hose system that delivers enormous amount of water but NOT to the ground. Job verbally guaranteed for a month , and not honored . Basically the manner in which the job was done was 30% for which I paid 100% out of seeing/expecting the best in people . I'm frustrated and disappointed. Do not hire nor waste your money/time with this business . I'll submit a complaint to the Best Business Bureau as well .

Also, that 6,600 pound Beast of a vehicle you have seen darting around town is NOT meant to target all those "Tech Bros" with a McMansion, 2.5 kids and a Tesla parked in the driveway, lol! NO, these guys were pretty darn AFFORDABLE! And they are looking to service the AVERAGE household...a household like mine! :) I got a VERY good rate. There were 3 guys each working very hard to clear the weeds and other yard debris from my property. I have NEVER seen a landscaping crew 3 men deep. The more hands, the quicker things move! One guy even ASKED me if it was OK for him to trim the dead areas of my little 4 foot palm trees, which I thought was hella COOL, as I have hired TWO other companies to do the same job and NOBODY EVER mentioned or even touched my two little palm trees. They needed a lot of help and some good ol T.L.C. They look MUCH better after the pruning! I call that GOOD LOOKING OUT! I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! P.S. Despite that comment, we still made plans for them to come out and take a look at the project. The appointment time came and went and the guy was late. While waiting, I decided to check Yelp just to validate whether these guys were worth waiting around for. After reading the reviews here, it pretty much confirmed the concerns I already had from that first interaction. Based on my experience so far, I would advise others to do their research before working with them. There are plenty of landscaping companies out there, and first impressions and professionalism matter.

He dug up a drain pipe and then poured concrete over it without fixing it. It is not my primary house so I wasn't around when the work was done but noticed there was some broken pipe laying in the yard when they were done. I asked him about it and he lied and said he didn't dig anything up. Then when I tested the drain water was leaking between the new slab and the house. He also damaged the house in that same spot. He refuses to do anything to repair the damages. DO NOT USE DISHONEST
