I said I ordered two Ube Ice Creams and she said that is what she gave me. The missing link was she interpreted Two Orders as Two Scoops. By that logic, had I ordered Four Ice Creams, I would have ended up with Four Scoops in one bowl. She put the blame on me where another customer had to intervene and say give her another order. As I tried to pay for another order, she said the minimum for a credit card charge was $5.00. It was a very PAINFUL visit. I would not have been so upset if she acknowledged the miscommunication gap, instead, she blamed me for not ordering correctly. In this case, how was I supposed to order Two Ice Creams? Finally, her attitude and customer service was disgusting, not representative of the Friendly Filipino culture I know of and that the rest of the world knows. Management and Owner needs to have a bette understanding of what her thought process was and why she thinks her attitude and behavior is acceptable.

Halalco started out as an ethical supermarket, but now that it has high foot traffic, the quality of their meat dropped significantly.
