This is a high-end children's store where you pay good money for items. I live out of state and was visiting my inlaws who live in town, so store credit is of little use to me. I purchased a pair of mittens that didn't end up working for my little one, went to return them not even 24 hours later, THEN was informed of the return policy. They have lost any future business i would have given them along with my local family's. The upside of this shop is that their selection of goods is adorable and of good quality. The prices are higher than what I like to spend for kids stuff, but they're in line with other boutique style shops and they carry high quality products. It's not somewhere I would go for an entire wardrobe but I consistently buy gifts here. But it's their customer service that really gets me. The staff here is so incredibly helpful. One staffer here not only measured shoes for me while we were on the phone to make sure I was buying the right size, but she also texted me pictures of everything they had in stock in the size I needed. Then when I couldn't find parking she ran my purchase out to the curb for me so I wouldn't have to schlep my two kids in at the height of COVID. They really go above and beyond here!
