We contacted Prisma Printing in Vegas and asked if they could print us out business cards by the following day for us to pick up on our way there. Liz at Prisma Printing was amazing, she helped us with mockups, questions, and pickup. We even thought we were going to be late picking them up and Liz was going to help us find a secret spot where she could leave them since they wouldn't be open over the holiday weekend. Promised a print "by 5 p.m." I received the proof at 4 (sent in at noon) was told the very small job would be ready "well before 5." We then received an unsolicited request for payment via e-pay, although we'd already expressed we'd pay for the order at pickup. Sent a driver at 4:45, who asked when job would be done. He called back to our office at 4:58, needing to make another pickup by 5:30 before another business closed. He was told by Prisma "it'll be another 30 minutes." He left for another pickup on the other side of town. At 5:06, I received a call that the print job was done. By 5:13, before we'd picked up the print job, we had received two emails asking that we rate this business positively on social media. When I asked about closing, I was told that they close promptly at 6 p.m., so our driver had to rush all the way back across town to pickup a print job that had he been accurately informed, could have waited another 9 minutes and taken with him. Front desk and print shop apparently don't communicate well. So Prisma Printing, I'm reviewing you on social media as youv'e (twice) asked. The signs were printed exactly as expected, more or less at the time as expected, but your requesting e-payment from a corporate client when you'd already agreed to payment on pickup, the communication challenges between your print desk, customer desk, and our offices, coupled with the multiple requests for positive review on social soured me on the experience. read more

Very dissatisfied with this company went in to have business cards and flyers designed and printed with emphasis that they his would be the beginning to a new partnership as my company does a lot of print work for trade shows for public and wholesalers. Also wanted the windows on my location vinyl wrapped. Was looking to spend some money with them. But first off I call Monday morning and they don't know who I am and what's up with my account. Then I speak with Cynthia and she tells me my cards will be in on 3 to 5 business days well it's been 3 business days and no cards so first off that was a lie. Then she wants the put emphasis on that fact she said 3 to 5 which we all kno is a lie cause they would have been there. So know she wants to tell me she said a week so which one is it? Inside was so loud! I spent the next few minutes yelling to the girl at the desk trying to explain that I needed business cards, but due to the insanely loud music and the fact there is a -huge- language barrier it was nearly impossible. They turned off the music and someone else came to help us, he spoke english slightly better and we started the process. He understood what we wanted and quoted me a nice price for the business cards. They told us they would call when the cards were ready, and we were told it would be on 'Friday or Monday, but we will call you' No call Friday, or Monday....so on Tuesday we called them. The person who answered spoke no english and kept putting me on hold for several minutes at a time. This went on about 5 times, with a terrible reception (on his side) and him just randomly putting me on hold and me unable to understand a single word. FINALLY someone else came to the phone and I asked if my business cards were ready and after awhile he figured out what I meant and realized they in fact did have my cards. So I made a comment that I had been waiting for a call and he reacted harshly to me! He basically snapped at me for being upset he didn't call, then as I was trying to get off the phone I basically said 'Ok, thank you' to finish the call and go on with my day. He thought I was being rude?? and snapped AGAIN on me and basically started yelling at me telling me not to get impatient with him. He actually ended up HANGING UP on me when I was trying to apologize?? (why?) and explain what I was saying. My cards ended up great, but I wouldn't go back! Also, when you use their online service to even play around with uploading your template for cards - they keep your images. I wouldn't be surprised if they use my image I came in with. read more
