Five star help from the front desk (in English too)! This is a decent hotel in a pretty good (Recoleta) location (across from the Ministry of Education; 3-4 blocks from the "Callao" Subte (metro) stop on the Green "D" line). The room, while quite small, was clean and functional, and contained a mini-wet bar (with sink, mini fridge, and microwave). But, no bureau for clothes, just four built in drawers and an open rack for hanging jackets and dresses. There was a small desk (no drawers), and two small chairs. Bathroom was modern with a shower in the whirlpool tub, but very small (could only accommodate one person at a time). The free breakfast did not usually contain eggs, but always included cereals, fruits, ham, cheese, breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies along with coffee and juices. read more
