I called that number and was referred back to the Westport store. I called the Westport store and, admittedly, lost my cool a bit, but was told by an associate, "This is not my problem." Um, this is your problem because you work for Crate & Barrel, am I correct? I was hung up on. I received a voicemail in return, and when I called back, was hung up on again. I worked for C&B ages ago in San Francisco, and if I'd displayed such customer service demeanor, I would have been seriously reprimanded, if not sacked.

It's so clean and they're so reliable, texting the day before that they're coming by. Even the smell of the hot tub after they clean it is heavenly! The home products are great gifts, not too frilly, not too trendy - simple yet fancy. Sure, I would want more things that can be taken apart and rebuilt - I am picky. I want stuff that not everyone else wants. I like things that most folks don't like, and I am not a fashion fan. In fact, I like upcycled, recycled stuff that has been bleached, stonewashed, recycled, made in the USA and is rarely ever at the shop. Moreover, it's way too expensive and you can't afford it. Still, I have to get gifts for family and this is the place to go for youth and seniors, young and old.
