The first conversation I had with Gaby and the many more exchanges I had with the team made every moment that much less stressful. Vivid Occasions really wants to understand your's and your groom's wants, needs, desires, and overall feel that you'd like to accomplish on your big day...all with staying within your budget (who does't love that?!). Hands down they delivered in every aspect and I know that we would not have had the wedding we did without them. Their approach to the planning made an OCD bride (like myself) feel organized, understood, and I always knew they were a quick call or email away. They blocked out the decision making down to "Time to Pick Your Music" to "Let's Choose an Officiant!" This allowed me to make decisions on things I knew we needed to book and worry about other details when it was time. They were always so responsive to my questions and able to make me feel confident each decision I made. The level of attention they provide each wedding is out of this world. We hosted a Welcome Dinner at a local eatery in Downtown Los Cabos with 50 of our guests (mind you our family does not travel). Emmanuel guided us through the streets and stuck with us the WHOLE night. He made sure every single person made it back to the bus on time and no one was left behind. Our family had such a great experience at the Welcome Dinner that many of them went out of the comforts of their hotel during their trip to explore the downtown area more. It has been almost 2 months since our wedding, and our guests still cannot stop talking about what an amazing and beautiful night the wedding was.
