I don't normally do this, but I had to take a minute and say what a Wonderful experience at Anemoni Jewelers .1st off I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing various types of jewelry and precious metals so you have to understand I'm not a current or repeat customer of this particular or any jewelry store, in fact the necklace I'm about to talk to you about is actually on a Leather string. So I have a crystal 3-D printed necklace You know the kind with your loved one's picture engraved in it and the clasp that holds the Crystal onto the string became detached On three different occasions I tried to reattach the clasp myself using various glues from the local hardware store which of course didn't work so I began Careering the crystal in my pocket. While stopping for my morning coffee I noticed ANEMONI JEWELERS And wondered if this was something they could repair for me? Now you have to understand this is about $35 necklace Not some expensive piece of jewelry that someone would normally have worked on so I was completely expecting the jeweler to tell me there's nothing they could do and it's not worth fixing. Upon entering this beautiful jewelry store The associate Immediately greeted me she was very pleasant and friendly she took the necklace over to the jeweler explained to him what wanted done ,He then took the time to come over and talk to me personally about the repair I wanted done to the necklace.When I explained I didn't think it would be worth his time to repair being a $35 trinket his exact words were to me were " IF ITS IMPORTANT TO YOU... THEN ITS IMPORTANT TO US ! I had a Huawei watvh with a dead battery and I searched for over a year to find some place that would help me to get the battery replaced. No luck. I was ready to give up. However, during a lunch visit with my daughter I mentioned my frustration with my very expensive, non-functioning watch. To my very good fortune my daughter advised me to stop by her favorite jewelry store and show my watch to the owner of Anemoni Jewelers. WOW! What an amazing experience. When I finished telling my sad story the jeweler asked to see the watch and requested permission to examine the watch. Of course I said Ok. He then proceeded to disassemble the watch with care and skill. He soon found the problem, a ballooned, defective battery. Removal of the battery was difficult but successful. The jeweler then used my previously purchased battery to finish the job. Unfortunately my previously purchased battery was dead, having set too long unattended. So, I have now ordered a new battery and the jeweler has cheerfully offered to install it as soon as it arrives. Finally, if you can believe it, the jeweler charged me only $10 for his work. A very rare watch I own recently suffered a detached face, and not one local shop would work on it without sending it out. I was about to send it back to Switzerland for an expensive service, when Ben carefully and with incredible precision, disassembled the watch and carefully made the repair. Walking me through the process, he carefully put everything back together and it was as good as new. The attention to detail and confidence in his work is why I shop here. I made the mistake of going to Anemoni Jewelers to just take a look at rings. After looking at a couple rings from the filthy display case, I was pressured into buying something I did not really want and told, "Oh you can always upgrade later." The salesperson was extremely arrogant, pushy and demonstrated little patience, only wanting to make the sale. I later canceled the order before I picked it up, and they still charged me for the purchase. I've been back and forth with the bank to try to get my money bank. Steer clear. read more

I needed three watch bands but the catch was that I needed smaller length-size bands and because of the lug size, it was difficult to find. The owner pulled out several books and went through them with me. Was able to find three bands that fit and look nice on the watches. He ordered them and a week later he put them on and didn't charge me anything. I think I may have paid $5 above cost for the bands. I often wonder how he makes money because he is so generous. Bought a custom engagement ring here. From design to completion it took from June - Mid July 2015. A diamond fell out of the ring the day I proposed. The owner, Ben, was concerned and fixed it the next day after making it very clear how inconvenient it was for him to drive from Philly to Delaware to do so. He replaced the missing diamond with one too small for its placing. A year later I'm getting it repaired as well as buying the wedding ring somewhere else. read more
