I was passed between at least four different people, all pressuring me to pay more than what we had already agreed to. I spent a lot of time researching and making sure I was comfortable with the original price, only for them to change it at the last minute. On top of that, the person trying to sell the service agreement told me that Hondas "aren't like they used to be" and that the car would likely break down. Now I find myself second-guessing every little noise, which is not a great feeling after buying a car. Overall, it felt misleading and unnecessarily stressful. I wouldn't recommend.
