I had never been too interested in this store until I noticed that they were having a 70 percent off end of winter sale. When I walked in, there were 5 saleswomen who worked in the store all talking loudly around the counter and ignored me as I walked in. Even as I got close to them they completely ignored my presence. Now, this is a higher end boutique and I knew this walking in. Because I live within walking distance I was dressed neatly but very nondescript. I can't help but feel I was ignored by the saleswomen because when another, more well dressed woman walked in she was greeted immediately. While I have no problems paying for higher end clothes I did not feel some of the clothes, for example a plain button up shirt deserved the price tag of 475. While I was interested in a couple items I decided that the poor service and manners and pretentious attitude of this store did not deserve my business. My advice would be to not venture in unless you are very well dressed and ready to drop a massive load of cash. If you are looking for designer, high quality clothes, there are many other friendlier shops in Toronto with a better selection. Ps- I have noticed that there is one filtered review for this store in which someone also experiences the rude sales clerks in this store. I am not sure why it has been filtered but it would be worth reading.

Three ladies were in the store just chatting & no customer as it was still early but they just looked at me as if asking me if??? until I asked for a particular product, which by no means was cheap but they were out of stock and I was promise that they will have them back in stock soon and that they will let me know. I will not be patronizing that store for sure even tho' I live a stone throw away. One lost customer is too many in this day and age where choices are dime a dozen

This shop has a mix of both high end and affordable brands…read more Everything is organized either by brand or by style or designer which makes it very easy to shop. The clientele is middle aged women mostly and the clothes reflect that. You'll find J.Crew, Aritzia, Club Monaco, a lot of activewear brands, and for designer some Michael Kors or Tory Burch but nothing overly expensive. They mark down items after a month or two, and the prices are pretty fair.

The Comeback is the best women's consignment store in the city, hands down -- cross my heart; I'm a cast-off connoisseur. They only sell brand name clothes less than two years old, so while there's no vintage, it's like having a personal shopper who plumbs the mall for the best items. It is a Winners-killer. Perfect for a frugal soMEone who's not into shopping but likes having quality stuff. My finds over the years are too many to list, but some of my favourites include a $13 Harvey's seatbelt bag, killer Diesel jeans for $11, a stylin' $45 Mexx interview-type suit that evidently did the trick. Everything here is sorted by size instead of colour, which is precisely how all second-hand stores ought to be. The stellar organization makes it way faster to find things, and the finds are so abundant here that I always creatively interpret the six-item limit at the change rooms. Older stock will get discounted up to 70% (I think), but tags are sometimes not marked down yet, so ask and check the date on the tag to see if it might get further reduced. It's exclusively women's wear and accessories, but no shoes. While clean and orderly, the store probably hasn't seen a reno since Michael Jackson was black, but who cares? Not I. This place deserves a bajillion stars and is absolutely worth the trip out to Etobicoke.

Jones New York Factory Store - Nine West skirt for $37 (taxes in) but no refunds on clearance. Pic doesn't do it just but it's flattering and decent quality.

It's in a bit of a strip kind of mall with a full parking lot off to the side; no street parking - thank God! First, I must say, I'm not a huge fan of the brand because it's always been very matronly/older lady styles but I could always use office clothes at a decent price. A former colleague (older lady) used to go to the outlet in Vaughan and come back and bragged about getting five items for $120; maybe because this location is The Kingsway so it's far from those prices. It's very neat and organized inside with a lot of sales people vying for business. Some clothing was 50% off but it still wasn't cheap; a lot of regular priced items too. I went to get a nice charcoal grey skirt but I realized at $89 (not on sale) so I just passed because I knew I could get it something else for less money. I did end up getting an asymmetrical skirt by Nine West (pic doesn't do it justice) for $37 taxes in (regular ticketed price was $89); since it was clearance, no refunds. I will definitely go back but, to reiterate, no rock bottom prices.

This store is a gold mine for professional women. Regularly amazing deals (for example 70% off…read morealready reduced prices) on suits, blouses and other business wear. I don't think there's anything in my current business wardrobe that I didn't pick up at this Jones outlet. And many of those name brand suits - Jones, Anne Klein, Kaspar, have cost me less than $100 and a few were less than $50!
