I would reach out to several pet services but the were mainly for dog walkers and cat feedings. If I was going to use anyone, I would discuss the steps and lose that person in the process via phone. Amber was ready for the challenge and understood that I have a certain way of feedings and unplug certain cords. I met with Amber once for a mini interview and then went over the steps. Met again to provide my house key and went through the steps. She was spot on with my detailed instructions and provided fabulous pictures of my Tank. Amber is professional and has a humble behavior. I was excited to use her services and I plan to use her in the future for my dogs too.

Upon pickup this past weekend I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their NEW receptionist, not impressed at all... While discussing what was being forgotten this time I asked about the ball forgotten from last visit and she got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me (of course facing away from the camera they have in the lobby) Well Im sorry that set off my bitch switch and for that I apologize but her eye rolling and attitude were uncalled for in a professional place of business, and when the OLD staff here were always so gracious and friendly no matter what then its unexpected and unacceptable, I work in customer service and would not have a job if i rolled my eyes at a customer. At any rate I will no longer be bringing my Tia to this facility. They really should do some customer service training with this individual as she clearly needs it . The newest addition to our family, Buddy, is a 5 year old boxer that we got from the rescue. We were told that he had had seizures in the past, but only about one per year, since we got him, he has had monthly seizures. Remembering the care and attention that Dr. Layton and her team gave Abbey, we elected to take Buddy to her for her recommendations. The attention that she and her staff gave to Buddy was so wonderful, they care about our "Buddy" like it was their own. Dr. Layton went above and beyond to search into Buddy's previous health history, from before adoption, so that she would be prepared for his visit. This is our 5th set of boxers, but we have never had experience with epilepsy nor seizures and although it is too soon to see if the seizures will be reduced, her attention to him, his needs and our concerns, were exactly what a pet owner wants to experience. It was so easy to schedule, once I resubmitted a request online, they texted me right away to schedule and could come within the week. When Patty arrived to my home, she addressed all of our concerns and got to know Stella. It only took about an hour and once she was done, she texted me before & after photos and a cute video of her giving love to Stella during the teeth cleaning. Her teeth turned out even better than I could have hoped for. They were so much cleaner than I thought they could be and her breath was instantly better.
