This cost me $55 for a missed appointment because I'm so used to providers who either use auto systems or send manual reminders. On me, so I paid it without issues. Regardless, she's super sweet, fun to talk to, and again, the best massage I've ever had during a pedi. Also, she's a major foodie, so be sure to ask her for restaurant recommendations because she sent me to a couple amazing spots. Then they said that they didn't charge me for some flowers that I wanted and claimed to give me a refund for the $175 i paid, so they charged me for another $200. I also asked if they could use builder gel to make the flowers, they informed me that they don't have builder gel, then proceeded to use builder gel on only two nails. The tips don't even fit on my nails correctly and they lied about giving me a refund!!! Charged me $175 then $200 almost $400 in total.
