I actually despise going and getting my hair highlighted, but she made it a pleasant experience. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she was so nice to talk to. The time flew by. She worked with me to create the exact look I wanted for my big day, and she was very sweet, flexible and cool-headed through the entire process --especially helpful for when I felt a little frazzled!
