I don't normally have a place that I keep going back to. As a man, I feel like most places are relatively similar since I just ask for a basic pedicure most times. I really enjoyed visiting this location however. My pedicurist was Linda. She was so friendly and very skilled at what she does. She was very meticulous. I'm a chicken when it comes to getting my nails done. I don't like any pain or discomfort. I didn't do anything fancy. Just a pedicure and salt scrub and a little shine to my nails. No polish or anything like that. The shop is relatively small compared to some of the bigger shops I've been, but I found that to be a plus. It's a more quiet intimate atmosphere. They have about 3 chairs and 3 tables that are kept immaculately clean. I don't know what else to say except that I will visit this place again. I would recommend it to anyone of my friends who asks. Alta Sierra Nails is a new business that has excellent customer service and so I would like to rave a little bit about my recent experience. My pedicure was FAB-ulous! Kimmi spoiled me "spa style" with lots of yummy-smelling skin softeners, a calf massage with warm towels that I was so relaxed when I left it was tough to drive home. This is the best nail salon hands down I always come here . Kimmi is my girl she's been doing my nails forever now and she always has me impressed even more each time I love ya girl!! I use to go down the hill to auburn, because I couldn't fund a nail salon I liked. But was pleasantly surprised with this wonderful salon. Kimmi, sandy, tommy and now Linda are all very talented professionals and I am always extremely happy with the way my nails turn out. The salon it self is very clean and they make every attempt to accommodate their clients. I have been getting my nails done on and off for 20 years and until I found to Kimmi, I NEVER ended up going to the same nail tech twice! I love Kimmi and the Nexgen nails she does!!! I tend to be very indecisive, so Kimmi knows after I pick the colors, she gets to do whatever designs she wants! I think I leave her salon every time saying "ok THIS is my favorite set". This is a wonderful place to get your nails and toes down. I live very close and it is very convenient. After my first appointment for a mani-pedi I had new friends. I really like this nail salon. I always go to Linda and she does a wonderful job on my nails. She has great ideas, and she works really hard to translate my vision into reality. This salon is amazing. Very quiet and relaxing, I got a pedicure and my daughter got acrylics both turned out great. Staff is extremely friendly, we didn't need an appointment. I just had a mani/pedi done there with regular polish. This is owned by a husband/wife team, Tom and Kimmi. They were both very professional-a thorough massage and gentle touch with cuticles.
