    We brought a broken Hunter Douglas Blind in to be fixed. We were told by Anthony that he just…read moreneeded to replace the motors. He said we needed two motors-took the blind in the back and "installed" them for 350.00$. Then he returned fifteen minutes later to say the strings inside were not working-they would need to send to HD ( but since it was just after Christmas it would take a bit longer). Asked how much-he said around 400.00 with the internal strings to be fixed. I tried to tell my hubby to just take the blind ( since I saw the review on Yelp of only one Star) , Anthony said he could remove the two motors. My husband decided to trust him and left the blind. We waited ten days-no word. We called. He said it was still at HD-they sent it out-still waiting to get it back. Waited another 10 days-still no word. Said it was still with HD. Finally, yesterday my husband decided to just go there-we wanted the blind back. Anthony came out -basically lied to my husband-my husband called him out on his lies . Then he said it was in their "shop" -about 15 minutes away. So CLEARLY , they never sent it to Hunter Douglass. Used the excuse that they were still waiting for motors from HD-so obviously they were never installed. Which is another LIE. My husband waited thirty minutes and got the blind back but we WASTED 3.5 weeks . NEVER go there.

I was in Naples for only two weeks to check on new construction and he wasted so much of my time. I strongly recommend not doing business with this person.

I did stop in Norris Furniture even though i know selling mattresses wasnt their main forte. Marybeth was kind enough to take the elevator up to the second floor to try out their selection. Although they were too firm for me as i was in quest for a much softer one, she did recommend a store her husband sold mattresses at which i appreciated but still went to that chain on the route i was going. I just wanted to let her know that! :) The one thing i would like to add in general on behalf of mattress stores, they should price in or even accept your trade-in of a previous mattress like a Car Dealership does. This is a business and they handle mattresses better than we do. If i was an employee there, this would be a Board Meeting winning idea id enter in with before joining! Consumers would shop at the mattress store knowing they'd take their previous mattress as far as discounting the price. Always wise to be conciliatory to the consumer securing more sales that way too! :)

We were told from our designer, Annette Ullrich, that the 2 Lexington sets would take 10-12 weeks to get in. The sets did not come in until December!!! We had to constantly reach out for updates, and she told us to stop contacting her, that it was a Lexington issue! When she lied to us and knew all along that there was a delay in production. Had we known, we would not have ordered Lexington furniture. We had asked for management contact information, and she refused to give it to us saying that he was not in charge of order status and could not do anything about it. When the order finally came in, we were not in town and needed white glove delivery and asked her to be there for it, and Annette told us that she would not do it because she was too busy and would be on a cruise, and that that service was up to the designer whether they wanted to do it or not! We obviously picked the wrong designer!!! She's a liar and very unprofessional! We finally got in touch with the manager and showed him the text string and he was appalled at her behavior, as was the head designer, who did go over and take the delivery for us! So thank you to the two of them for rectifying the situation. But Annette still did not get fired, which should have been the end result. If you shop there, DO NOT USE ANNETTE ULLRICH AS YOUR DESIGNER!
