Sorry to say but I've been burned too many times with flower deliveries not arriving looking remotely close to what I ordered. With an upcoming very special event I was going to, I took no chances and opted for a pick up order. Just in case, ya know? I needed something breathtaking and grand. I did my usual process and scoped out their website being a first time customer of this particular shop. I called and happened to speak to Gail herself. We discussed some modifications and I crossed my fingers. I felt she really listened and was upfront with the inventory she had and ability to fulfill the order. It was pricey but I felt confident. I came in the next day to pick up the arrangement and was surprised that it was a shop on her home property. It was felt so personal and quaint. She showed me the arrangement that was ready at the specified pick up time and I was blown away! With the color modifications and the flower alternatives we discussed, it came out gorgeous. I live out of state and ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I understand it's a busy time and some of the flowers may not have been available from what I picked online. actually the arrangement looked nothing close to what I chose. I upgraded the arrangement to get more flowers and within two days was dying. Definitely not worth $127. The huge mums were already turning color when they were delivered. Very disappointed and an arrangement costing this much should last at least a week I definitely would not recommend. read more

Gail recently did the flowers for our wedding and she did a great job! She was very helpful during our initial consultation in guiding us, as we weren't sure exactly what we wanted and what would be in season at the time of our wedding. She did bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and two large arrangements for our ceremony and they were all beautiful!! She did a great job of matching our requests and sticking with the general theme of our wedding. I did feel like we were charged a bit much for delivery and we ended up having to pay extra for corsage wristlets at the last-minute, but overall we had a good experience. Gail even loaned us two urns that she had for our two large arrangements, which was super nice of her! She did a beautiful job with our wedding flowers and was pretty easy to work with. read more

You team are decent people to speak to during the order process. A small argument ensued on the price in the background while I was on the phone but nothing too brash. (Person in the background thought it should be higher.) The reason for the 1 star was the product itself. I noticed the day of delivery that all the roses were in "full" bloom and the arrangement was "nice". However; after spending over $120, I was surprised to see that the roses were dead and needed to go into the trash on day 3. I buy my wife roses on numerous occasions and she always knows how to make the last (typically 7 days). This was a first to buy from your shop and a first to be in the garbage in only 3 days. I ordered a dozen roses from this florist for delivery on Valentine's day. Today, I received a call from the owner stating the website was not updated with the correct pricing for Valentine's day. She said she would provide me options for smaller arrangements for the price I paid. I'm well aware that distributers mark up prices and pass along to the florists during these types of holidays, and am more than willing to pay the higher prices. However, this business failed to update their website, so I feel they are obligated to honor the published price. This business just lost a good customer over a mistake they made. read more
