Wow- great same day service for fresh creative blooms and delivery to Flower Mound. I called and someone promptly answered unlike another local chain florist that placed me on permahold. No problems with customizing my order to include stargazer lilies and the florist was nice to call me back to let me know that they could deliver the same day with freshly delivered inventory. Reasonable pricing for beautiful design and I was able to pick out my vase preference too. ( pink cube!) A photo was text provided of my purchase and my friend was cheered by this lovely bouquet! Mickeys has been in Lewisville for a long time but, the last couple of times I've popped in for something quick, it was a struggle w what they had available. Lots of decor and what could be vases on shelves but, not able to buy that. "It's Decor." What was available wasn't much. Two option and they weren't even close in size. I called Mickey's Florist after 4:30 on Saturday, February 13th to see why my Mother's Valentine's Day arrangement that I ordered online hadn't been delivered. The cheerful lady on the phone told me that the delivery date I requested when I placed my order was MARCH 13th, a whole month past Valentine's Day. Upon realizing MY ERROR, I sheepishly asked if the arrangement could still be delivered that day. The lady on the phone graciously told me it would be delivered within the hour. Five stars all around! The arrangement lasted over two weeks and still looked beautiful, the flowers were so fresh! They also had to redeliver (due to storms in the area and I wasn't home) and did so happily. Lots of variety in the arrangement, which was done in a pretty basket. There were several issues throughout the process of having an order delivered on behalf of my office, so much so that the arrangement had to be redone the following week for a 3rd delivery attempt. I had used them for years. Last year, the flowers arrived on Valentine's Day after dark. My wife by then had left on a trip, with no gift on V Day. But this year, I gave them the order again. Arrangement cost $170. It was delivered on Valentine's Day...after dark, 7pm. Again. And from the photo I saw, the roses were already opening, not buds that will last. That's it for me. Poor service. I don't care if they were understaffed or what. My friend sent flowers to his g/f in California, 2 hours earlier than Texas, and they were delivered by 10am. I will not use Mickey's again. Two years in a row is the sign of a declining business. read more

In early May I called Mickey's at noon on a Monday requesting a wedding bouquet, boutonniere and wrist corsage by Friday 9am. I stopped in to present my "vision" to Mitzi and she greeted me with calm and graciousness. When I picked up the arrangements Friday, I was teary eyed - the bouquet was that beautiful! When I presented my daughter her bouquet, we both had tears of joy with the perfectness. The boutonniere and wrist corsage were lovely. Also, I saw many arrangements in the cooler when I picked our flowers up and they were stunning and varied in design. Talented florists are indeed a part of this team.
