Talked to Christina at Devin's about 30 minutes before they closed. Christina was very helpful and patient while I figured out what we wanted. I then wasn't sure what I wanted the message to say, and she said I could think it over and let her know. I called Saturday morning and gave her the message for the card. Christina was ready to take down the message and make sure it got put with the flowers we ordered. The flowers were delivered by noon Saturday and were gorgeous! Ordering from Devin Designs was a great experience, and I will definitely order again when we need flowers.

When called the florist and spoke with Mike, I requested the White Gerber Daisies to be replaced by White Lillies & was that available. He said yes. I paid $65 (including $10 delivery charge & tax) for the arrangement and requested an emailed receipt. My friend took a photo of the flowers she received & it was nothing like what I had ordered. A clear heart shaped vase with glass stones at the bottom contained a bouquet of white roses with greenery. That's it. The roses were to be peach or yellow, not white and no other flowers were included, so no lillies like I had requested. There were no tulips or the small white type as pictured. I also never received the emailed receipt, only the charge on my credit card. Had they said the recipe online wasn't available I could have chose something different. Mike never said anything. He said the designer would make the arrangement later in the day as she wasn't there at that time. I gave my phone number as well, so they could have called to tell me of the changes, they didn't. I send flowers to celebrate events in her life & I'll never order from this place again.

Embarrassingly Low Quality Backed by Condescending, Combative Customer Service…read more I paid over $225 (after fees and tip) for what was advertised as a Deluxe bouquet for a death in my family. What arrived was wilted, sparse, and shockingly small--nothing like the lush, elegant arrangement shown online. The quality was cheap, careless, and poorly arranged (see attached pic). Worse than the product was the customer service. When I called to address the issue, I was interrupted, talked over, yelled at, and hung up on. The owner was defensive, dismissive, and aggressively rude. Anyone reading this should take a moment to scroll through the business's responses to negative Google reviews--that alone tells you everything you need to know. Bloom Around will NEVER stand behind their product when there are issues and instead they treat customers with open contempt. Do not trust them with your money or your meaningful moments.
