One of which somehow added 6 feet onto our house, rendering her drawing of our kitchen remodel with an island not even physically possible. While this certainly gave us pause, we remeasured for her and sent the corrections. Getting a revised drawing based on correct measurements after that was cumbersome. All along, communication, engagement and follow up on Heather's part was difficult at best requiring multiple emails or texts on my part to get a response. It's never a good feeling when you feel like you have to harass someone in order to get answers to questions so you can move forward on your end of things. Despite our financial loss of $1,800, we have taken our business elsewhere.
