Orders flowers through "From You Flowers" and they used this company to fill the order. The flowers arrived broken, wilting, and the roses had clearly bloomed days ago and were already browning. The bouquet wasn't even arranged nicely or trimmed well. It was honestly the worst looking floral arrangement I've ever seen, complete trash. I'm shocked that the "florist" even put a card with their name on it. I ended up taking it to another florist near me to help fix it and try to make it look decent. They added flowers, removed flowers, peeled the roses and trimmed everything to try to help. They couldn't believe any florist would put their name on anything that looked like that. Someone was attempting to surprise me with flowers but the company ended up changing something and sent me a text so I was notified. I received all white flowers- the person who bought them ordered purple. When we called, the company told us they have the right to make changes and they would exchange the bouquet. The new bouquet was brought the next day but honestly, they could've kept their money. Half of the flowers are dead and the leaves were just sticking out all over. It is overall pretty but I've had way better, fresher looking flowers. I've had them 2 days and it looks like a week. read more

I have been to several events around the Atlanta area and more times than not when the flowers and decor make a statement, this company is behind it all ! So much so that when I received a surprise bouquet myself I knew almost immediately it had to come from TTOC. The owner is a seasoned professional and knows her stuff. They useonly the freshest blooms and take great care in selecting what's in season as well as individual taste and preference. I live in FL and ordered flowers for delivery for my Grandma in ATL. I called to ask a couple questions and they were so friendly. After placing my order, it wasn't that long until they emailed me a picture of the delivery. It was such a easy, smooth process--especially since I'm not in the area! Stumbled upon this florist by happenstance when my homeboy from out of town wanted to send an arrangement to his lady friend. When I googled "black-owned florists" I was pleased that they were still in business after the first two (I called) were not. Noelle was pleasant and very professional. Not only were they delivered in the timeframe I was given and but she LOVED the white long-stemmed roses. So happy to have found this Black-owned gem! I was looking to send flowers to someone in the area and wanted to support a Black-owned business, but the zip code I was trying to deliver to didn't have any options. TTOC Floral and Decor technically does not deliver to that zip code either, but they were kind enough to try to help me locate another Black business, then later graciously offered to deliver it themselves the next day. I am not familiar with the Atlanta area, so I was impressed with their patience with me, the customer service, professionalism and assortment of beautiful florals.
