I asked "would you rather I come in sick and risk getting your staff sick"... the receptionist spoke with the owner who reduced the cancellation fee to 50%. Seems like a very steep cost with little flexibility for canceling even in the event of an illness or emergency. Will not be rebooking my appointment.
