If you want your microblading done by a top notch professional and total perfectionist, THIS is the place for you. I researched and read reviews for 18 months and then made the decision to have my brows done by Glamour Beauty and Brows. Microblading was performed 4 weeks after I had a brow lift and blephoroplasty done and my cosmetic surgeon cleared me for microblading. Krystal has a wonderful light touch, and still she was very aware that the area around my brows is still healing. I felt absolutely no discomfort, and I was completely comfortable the entire time the procedure was performed. She was incredibly conscientious and meticulous. Her suite is spotlessly clean, well organized and cheerfully appointed. Krystal is professional, polite, articulate, concise, and a lovely person to talk to. That, being said, we weren't chatting much during the process. She is thorough and complete regarding after care instructions, as well as what she is doing at every step of the process. I am Day 3 with my new brows and approaching what I have learned is the HATE MY BROWS stage and I must say: I love my brows! My husband loves them and he hates everything! Oh my God! This is a money hungry business with no ethics or moral compass. Please do not waste your time going to some one who does not appreciate their customers and would rather charge them for nothing. I had an appointment and after being exposed to COVID I reached out as a courtesy and was asked by Krystal to reschedule and quarantine for 2 weeks. She stated she would send me a new confirmation but I never received one meanwhile she kept my $100 deposit. When I reached out to her for an update about rescheduling I asked about lashes and she replies she doesn't do lashes. I guess she wouldn't make enough money off of me doing lashes as opposed to her highway robbery overpriced brows for $699! When I point out that her website clearly states she does lashes she claimed that she did not have any lash technicians.That's false advertising! After going back and forth with her and finally asking for my money back she agreed to give me 1/2 back for doing absolutely nothing!!! She is quick to point out her no refund policy and yes I understand the need to charge someone if they are a no show or don't cancel/reschedule within a reasonable amount of time (typically 24-48 hrs) but I gave her 3 days notice that I was exposed. She promised a new confirmation that I never received and then wants to keep my $100. Okay Kristal, if this is the way you run your business I seriously doubt you will be around for much longer. Kristal is awesome. She is honest, realistic about the process and results, and is a talented and well trained microblader. I should caveat that I had pretty good & full eyebrows to begin with, but she shaped them nicely and filled them in which what I wanted! She uses top notch products. I found Kristal's salon through groupon. Kristal was knowledgeable, professional, and provided a great experience. For a permanent procedure, she walked me through all the steps and answered any questions I had. The office was very clean, cozy, and overall left me with lots of confidence with the procedure. Results wise, I am very happy with just the first session, and cannot wait for the follow up. Kristal discussed expectations for the procedure based on my brow hair, and current brow growth. To fully understand this review, please know how extremely careful I am with my money. When I researched Microblading training I did a five legal size page search. Krystal King was at the top but I thought too expensive and kept searching. Beware, there are a lot of fakes out there without certifications in training. There are a lot of people out there willing to take your money and not caring if you succeed. There's a reason she's at the top of the list. She's been in the business for a while and her education showed. She was thorough and addressed all of my questions, even when repeated several times! She doesn't just run a professional business, she's a good person to begin with. So incredibly glad I chose her to start this new chapter in my life.
