I was looking to get a Brazilian wax and I Found Renuew Wellness Spa on Google. I had previously went to The European Wax Center at Stone Bridge and they did a horrible job, hair was still everywhere just a hot ass mess, So I knew I was never coming back there and I kept searching and searching and then I came across Renuew. I went to the website and I was given an option to schedule an appointment via the app, then an email was sent letting me know they'll accept it. It was so professional, the team and atmosphere is great.. It was very clean inside the room and the waiting area. Dee came to me and shook my hand and introduced herself, shes the sweetest woman ever! During my wax Dee and I were having a great conversation and she took her time.. when I say my wax was perfect y'all it was perfect! She had me doing breathing exercises while the waxing which made it so much better and less painful! She really needs 10 stars.. if you want quality work go to Renuew.. You won't regret it. There simply aren't enough good things I can say about this spa. Dee started doing my Brazilians years ago when I was 30+ weeks pregnant and I haven't been to anyone else ever since...until now that is. With Dee recovering from recent surgery I trusted her eye for talent and went to Taylor for my Brazilian. Taylor. was. on. point. I was a little nervous initially, but my nerves completely melted away in a matter of minutes. Taylor did a fantastic job and I am happy to know I have an additional option to see her in the event Dee is booked up. Even if waxes aren't your thing, they have a wide array of other services and products that are absolutely superb. Their DMK line is a lifesaver to my skin and every now and again I'll treat myself to a facial. The products aren't cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for if not more so. There is absolutely no upsell for any service or product here. If you don't need something done they'll tell you, if you do need a little extra TLC they'll tell you and will work with your budget as well as they can. read more

This is my first time writing a review, and boy does Dee deserve it. I have been going to ReNuew Wellness Spa for about 2 1/2 months now, and have just completed my fourth facial. I first went to see Dee two days before my wedding after realizing my skin was a mess, and she made it look just about as good as I could imagine in such a short period of time. Four treatments later, I am really seeing results. As someone who has battled skin issues my entire life, it is so uplifting to actually see a change. If that were all Dee does, I would still be raving about her. But she provides so much more than that. Her spa office is beautifully decorated, providing a peaceful and luxurious environment that one can truly relax in. But Dee as a person is someone special. Once a month Dee (my Esthetician) and me "travel" to Brazil. Each visit is fast, clean and painless. I walk away feeling brand new. On my latest visit I walked in with my face feeling like a raisin - hard and dry so I requested a facial. To my delight Dee was able to accommodate my last minute request. My procedure resulted in my skin being hydrated and ReNuewed into a juicy grape. Get it the raisin was ReNuewed. After this first time facial I have vowed to treat myself quarterly to a facial. What I also liked is she took the time to explain the procedure and her findings (I am a wiki nut so I looked up the terms) and recommendations. She also showed me the buffing pad (that is not what it was called) that further confirmed why my face was so dry. I began going to Dee for Brazilian waxes beginning last year when I was 36 weeks pregnant when she worked at another spa in the area and her technique is excellent!! She uses a hard wax (no strips) and coming from someone who began getting these types of waxes while pregnant is a testament to how great she is! I have followed her ever since and was so excited when she opened her own place up by Tackett's Mill! She also does facials and body wraps which are just divine. With facials she is not about the up charge and will tell you what type of skin you have and what sort of facial will work best for you. There's no pressure with her and rightfully so as you'll wanna keep going back again and again! The spa is located in a beautiful spot next to a pond behind the shopping center. I am 43 years old and have never had a facial done and I am so pleased with my first experience at ReNuew Wellness Spa! From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel the calm energy just radiating through the room. The environment is so peaceful, and once you are done you will walk away with the security in knowing that Dee took excellent care of you. I always thought that I would have to live with the marks of my face for the rest of my life until Dee worked her magic! She treated my skin as though it was porcelain. With light fingers and a steady hand, she calmed my skin and I swear, shrunk my pores! I know it's not actually possible to shrink pores. But she did something and I looked at myself and felt so pretty. By the way, I'm from OHIO and am already planning a trip back! I recently attended a "Diamond Touch" spa-rty with a group of 6 ladies. Dee, the owner, had a nice set up, very calming and enjoyable. Dee and Taylor took great care of the ladies giving them facials and then foundations with mascara and eye color. Everyone really got their sexy back! We enjoyed fruits and ciders as part of the "spa-rty" host. We all glowed and felt years lighter. The music, ambiance, and loving touching hands were all a real spa feeling.
