During my visit, I observed two other patients arriving and leaving before I was seen, which led me to believe they had simpler insurance situations. Eventually, after being taken back for X-rays, the dentist kindly addressed my dental issue. However, he was unable to fix my tooth because the front office staff had not verified that my insurance would cover the necessary procedure of gluing my tooth back into place. On top of this I went to School with the receptionist and how cool is it to walk out of the office saying hey I remember you and now you know I have 12 cavities when it is actually four.
