I love wearing long dresses, but struggle finding good shorts to put under them so I can be comfortable. I love lots of styles, but again nothing seemed to fit right. My daughter who is on the thinner side, but very busty even have problems as well finding clothes. Well, We were well taken care of by the amazing Laurie and Jennifer and we had an amazing time shopping for clothes. They were so amazing. The customers that came in were even fun. Nothing that is advertise in facebook or website are in the store! Then a (clerance) rack with price tags of $50 I feel like I'm shopping at a granny goodwill store. Will be closing my torrid credit line as well. So fed up with the ridiculous prices of $50 for a darn shirt and almost $100 for 1 pair of jeans! These items should stay in their original sale areas. Then, to add to my unnecessary trip upstairs, signs are posted to check out with customer service. I must wait for the staff to finish ringing up purchases if I have a customer service issue. Customer service should be customer service and nothing more or less. We strongly desire to maintain the traditional department store experience with available customer service personnel whenever needed. If I wanted the off-price store experience, I would visit an off-price store. Give us back our customer service personnel and place all sale items in their respective areas.
