Let me start off by saying my lawn was green it was amazing to step out and feel the grass on my…read morefeet I take really good care of my lawn my goal WAS the best in the neighborhood so I called them out the first treatment went super well Demarco was super great explained everything clearly it was amazing he did his thing and left well a week or two went by and I noticed stickers popping up on my side yard again so I called to schedule a reapplication of the weed control so we skip the the appointment Jesus spays the weed control down and leaves a foot hanger that says "water tomorrow morning" so tomorrow water day so I wasn't worried the appointment was on wed the 21st by Tuesday my yard is yellow patchy and dead like pick up dead blades of grass and watch them blow in the wind Tuesday they send someone out and said the office sent me out cause you said you had a patch of dead grass as I answer look at my yard it's that patch man he walks around and looks then gets a probe and smashes it into the ground what I assume is a moisture meter of some sorts and says yeah your not watering enough ummm excuse me I water plenty so he explains to me the tuna can trick mind you Demarco explained that too me and I oddly did find it effective and that's how I know how much to water then he keeps telling I'm not watering enough it was back and forth with him and me I water enough I explained my lawn was looking GOOD GOOD before the reapplication fast forward the next day the supervisor calls and asks about it then he called the owner to ask for a free soil treatment owner says no I'll discount it 30% due to the compact soil so I decline because I had no issues before. You can clearly see their machine spay marks through my entire yard. I will not use ever again and will be speaking with an attorney about this. Brand new house 236,000 dollars and the outside looks like under a bridge and they won't make anything right shame shame

The girl cutting my yard had such hatred on her face when I kindly offered water to her...she said no and when the guy picked up the check for the job he ran to his truck while I was yelling at him I wanted to talk to him to say thankyou. Melissa the girl that answers on the phone is like that too! I would never get them to do any more work here. I told about 20 people about them but they won't be calling now. I sent Melissa a text and said do not ever come to my house again and to tell her how unprofessional they were and that their actions were totally wrong. I asked for an apology. If they don't give me an apology I WILL file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Because of the disease they also had to haul off all the debris. It was probably the hottest weather I'd seen in my life and they were out there working diligently. The sweetest crew ever! Christian is super knolegeable, was conscious of our budget and very communicative through out the whole process! His whole crew, including his beautiful wife, were just so great to work with. I even had to leave some of my tween's home for 45 minutes and didn't even give it a second though with the crew here. I never wondered where they were with the project as they communicated each day. The crew were so respectful of our property and family. My kids enjoyed watching the process of taking down our giant tree, they took great care to do no damage to the property or the retaining wall just below, they watched out for the sprinkler system and even took out part of the fence and replaced it so they didn't do any damage. .. They really just did the job as if this were their own home. (And even cut us a few commemorative slabs of our tree that we could treat and keep to remember our tree by!) I would have them back in a second if we had the funds to hire them for other yard work! Honestly, I can't give a great enough recommendation.
