I emailed James on a Sunday, and although it was a weekend, James promptly answered all of my questions on the same day (and I sent him a ton of emailes), so I scheduled the service. The service tech (Anthony) called me in the morning and let me know when he would be arriving. Anthony arrived on time and promptly and professionally installed my two TVs. Anthony did an amazing job and is incredibly talented. He took time to measure every single angle and was very precise. If you need TVs installed, I highly encourage you to use Cable Connexions!

Took a long time for the weather to cooperate to the point where my exterior house could be…read morepainted, but once they started, they did a great job! Earlier in the year I'd had them paint a couple of walls and a ceiling in one room inside, saw a missed spot and asked if they would touch it up when they came back to do the exterior, which they agreed to do. I thought that was nice, because I saw it (tucked away in a corner) after the 10 days or 2 weeks or whatever it is they actually give you to sign off. As it turned out, I'll probably just do it myself, it's basically one swipe of a brush, but it was still nice of them. The crew was very good, kept a clean worksite, was respectful of my neighbors' property, which is important to me. We had one "oops" with paint on my new roof but the PM came out himself and got it off, looks perfect. So I can't speak to how well it will wear, but I can say that as of right now, it looks really, really nice and I thought their price was fair. If I had to find one thing they could have done better it would be communicate. I didn't hear from anyone for SO long after I paid my deposit, and then, once the weather broke, I still didn't hear...evidently a miscommunication where I was waiting for a projected date and they were waiting for my colors. We had one other issue with one color not being available as an exterior paint and I had to pick another on the fly. Given that I agonized over colors for months, I'd have liked to have known about that earlier, but it worked out okay. I don't like it quite as much as the one I had first chosen, but I can live with it. So, great for the final job, workmanship, professionalism of the crew, timeliness of arrival and speed with which they worked. Maybe a half star off for communication, but not enough to change the rating.

The heart-shaped design of the flower wall he designed for me was also unique to the area. He was flexible in designing my custom wall and got back to me quickly. Took the standard half up front that most reputable fabricators ask for but then failed to complete the four-window project. Mr Dicus stopped responding for several months. Then finally installed one simple set of window bars to a single window. I would avoid this business at all cost. Mr Dicus took money and never completed his contract. I do not know if the previous reviews were planted but his action constitute theft. I have started a Better Business Bureau complaint but I just wanted to warn anyone else. Dicus web site also looks professional but has no true contact information or place of business.
