When I was looking to replace my very damaged parquet wooden floor, I was only considering this company for asbestos testing and (if needed) remediation, not the whole job. But they were very up-front with me in a way that contractors usually aren't so I said, you know what, can *you* fix my floor? And also maybe my back door, which leaks in heavy rain? Although they normally take on jobs that are covered by homeowner's insurance payouts and not commissions like this, they accepted. I would not hesitate to call Rapid Restoration. In fact, the only call I would make would be to RR should another incident like this arise. When we realized that water was leaking from the dishwasher and under the floorboards for who knows how long, I panicked. We knew it was bad, but not quite how bad. I called several companies that tried to make me troubleshoot the water leakage issue over the phone. But thankfully, RR promised to come out within days. RR was responsive and remained so throughout the entire job. Most of the time, I was not on-site, but the team kept me abreast of all that was happening with the remediation and repairs. From time to time, they informed me of other issues at my house. They also worked well with my insurance company and advised me on how to get things done quickly. But there wasn't much for me to do because they took the reins. And I trusted them 100% to do so. Upon completion, the crew tidied up without any prompting. So impressed with how well they handled the flood damage in our basement. We experienced flooding in Alexandria that resulted in 18" of water in our basement. Rapid Response arrived the same day to start the water mitigation process. They returned the next day to disinfect, demo, and ensure things were drying out.
