Do not use DeSoto Ford Automall's body shop for repairs. The manager Travis gave me the run around and lied about ordering the necessary parts to complete the repair as well as failed to complete the repair as per the estimate provided and what was paid for by the insurance company. When he got my mom's Buick Envision he told me the longest it would take was two weeks, that was a lie. He had her vehicle for almost a month. When I finally picked up her Buick there was no pin striping on her vehicle anymore and the wheel well guards and door guards were gone also. Once I got her Buick home and started going over it with a fine tooth comb I noticed the dealership logo where she bought it was gone but you could still see where it was at and read it perfectly. I opened the gas lid and the tape from where they painted her vehicle was still inside covering her gas tank spout. I also noticed there was still scratches on the mirrors from the damage along with scratches on her hood. I went back to see Travis and confronted him about the pin stripes and wheel well guards and door guards. He said he thought it looked better without the pin striping. His opinion shouldn't matter he should have repaired the vehicle to its original look! I told him she wanted the pin stripes and wheel well and door guards. He said he would order them and they should be there in a week. Two weeks go by and I drive out again to check on the status. Travis tells me he has the door guards but not the pin stripes so I leave once again. Two more weeks go by (this is a month now that the vehicle isn't fixed and he was already paid) I go back out to find out the status again. This time Travis tells me he has the stripes but not the wheel well guards or door guards and they don't do those on any of their vehicles. At this point I am done with the lies and I proceed to voice my opinion of how he lies, doesn't fix vehicles to their original condition, and uses and abused the elderly thinking he can get by with not repairing vehicles to the original condition. Now granted I was not calm at this point and was beyond pissed so I did use a few choice words and was very loud in telling him how I personally felt about his customer service. If it wasn't for myself being there to help my elderly mother there is no telling what else he would have done or not fixed. Crazy part two days later (a full month now after receiving the vehicle back) he calls my mother, not me and tells her all the parts are mysteriously arrived to be put on her Buick. Also after her insurance company cut them a check and gave them an estimate for around $5000 after we finally got the vehicle back he submitted another claim to the insurance company for $1000 more than the original estimate. It should not take this long to repair a vehicle when it is promised in two weeks. If he was having issues he should have called and kept us informed. If he knew he couldn't repair the vehicle to its original condition he should have never accepted the repair. All Travis does is LIE to get business and makes promises he cannot fulfill. With this type of person running your body shop you will loose business quickly. I have also put a call into my mother's insurance company and my insurance company and advised them they should not use desoto Ford Automall for any repairs. The body shop manager Travis is very crooked and does not make full repairs that his company was paid for. Makes me wonder how many other elderly people he has manipulated and they just settled. read more

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly how can I help you, and minutes later here comes Greg. We sat down and talked, I told Greg my must haves, my wants and my needs and he helped me get them all. I lover my new to me Ford Escape. In all my years, I have not had a smoother experience in buying a car. There was no haggle, no back and forth, no add ons, no bs. It was amazingly smooth. The process couldn't offered was lowered than advertised, I got discounts, a maintenance package (which also includes mobile service if I can't go there- super perk), and a 2 year warranty. Greg couldn't have made it easier, for once in my life talking to the financial guy wasn't awful. He was friendly, professional and had a great laugh. I highly recommend this place. I know it will be the only place I tell people to go to. Honest car dealership are rare, and I found one in Arcadia. If you're in the market, check them out. If you're not in the market, check them out- you might be more in the market than you realize. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with DeSoto Ford was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The sales manager flat-out lied to me multiple times during the process, promising things that were never delivered and backtracking once the paperwork was in front of me. They used high-pressure tactics and misrepresented key details just to get me to sign. When I questioned the inconsistencies, I was brushed off as if my concerns didn't matter. To make matters worse, the finance department was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of answering simple questions respectfully, they acted annoyed, dismissive, and downright condescending. This dealership is the definition of shady business practices. Between the lies from management and the disrespect from finance, I would strongly advise anyone considering DeSoto Ford to take their money elsewhere. You deserve honesty and respect when making such a big purchase - and you won't find it here. read more

I went to Desoto Ford to look at a Bronco. I was greeted by Juan Ryan. He is the reason I made my purchase at that location. I was very stressed about making a decision on replacing my car. Juan just calmly walked me thru the process. At no time did I feel pressured. Juan took what I perceived in my head as a stressful event and by the end of my experience I had a smile on my face and felt secure in my purchase.
