She then told me the color had not turned out the way she planned and said she would tone it down. She charged me for the toner and left me with a burnt scalp. A day later I was feeling through my hair and felt what almost felt like hair gel. My hair was as stiff as a board. Turns out on top of all of this she left product in my hair. Do not waste your time or money on this place it is a complete joke.

Then two months before my wedding they call me to let me know that the makeup artist I booked is canceling our session because she will not be there (which is fine things come up) but they end the call with "Soooo do you have a backup plan or?" I'm sorry? Aren't you supposed to be offering me a "backup plan"? Guess not.
