Had a deal made for a trike cvo backing March bike finally made had an amount for my trade bike coming next week now they want to screw me bb offering me 9000. Dollars less than we had agreed on not very honest buyers beware no morals or ethics sorry to say won't go there any more will travel to Corpus. From now on keep raising prices and mechan need more training also .I've anly been riding for 60 years had many bikes .It to bad there not honest I rate a quarter stat. read more

Took my 2016 ultra limited therefore a rear tire as I had just traveled 1200 miles and felt it was needed before heading home. After 1 hour the service writer came out to tell me they pushed my bike up on the lift, by pushing on my 18inch dominator bars and now my bars are lose. He said it's gonna take us about a half hour to fix it. I said ok. About 1 1/2 hours later they finished upand charged me a half hour to repair their mistake. I could barely believe it. Everyone knows you cant push a full dresser by the 18 inch bars. At home I would have driven it on and taken care of the tire myself. Lesson learned. Dont take your dresser to this harley if you have ape hangers read more

Clean showroom and friendly staff. They don't do rentals, but that's ok. They have plenty of bike to see and a good selection of clothing.

I could not recommend them and would never use them again. My supposed service 5000 miles cost me over $650 dollars. Also I scheduled three weeks in advanced and was suppose to wait for the bike while in shop, but when I got there there were behind schedule would take all day, Can't trust their word. Bought a brand new bike here a 2022 forty eight with 7 miles on it, only had a 2 months, already taking it back for the second time for repairs. I hardly ride due to work so only has 45 miles on it now n taking back this morning again . For a brand new bike already has lots of issues, should have bought a INDIAN motorcycle. Dropped off my bike at the service dept on Monday to have the scheduled service and to check neck bearings, specifically told Mark that I needed the bike by Thursday since I had a bike run on Friday and would be riding out of town. He told me that they had work but that it would be ready by Thursday after lunch. I call today (Thursday after lunch) and Jerry informs me that Mark told him that the bike is next in line to be worked on and that it wouldnt be ready till Friday. I told them to not work on the bike , that I would not be risking the fact that they would not have it ready by Friday. Very unreliable service, plus super expensive. I was gonna pay $400+ for the service and they wanted $100 more to check the neck bearings...outrageous, that should be included in the scheduled service. I'm done with these people. Ever since they changed management and all new employees, their customer service when down the pipe. UPDATE: When I got there to pick up my bike....low and behold, they were working on it after I told them to forget it and that I would pick up my bike and that I didnt want anything done on it, They told me to come back in a hour and a half and it would be ready. Got there an hour and a half later and the bike was ready. Why do they have to go thru all this drama? Either you will have the bike ready or if you know you have alot of work, just say it and quit wasting peoples time. my 2 cents. read more

We are permanent RVers pulling a trailer with our motorcycle where ever we go. The motorcycle started making funny noises and not shifting properly. We called the service department at Desperados who told us we could drop our bike off on the Friday but they could not make any promises as to when they could look at it. We explained to the staff that this was our only way of transportation while in the Valley. They stated they would get at it as soon as possible. The next Tuesday I was given a prognosis and a quote. My bike was ready to get picked up that Friday. There was no B.S. about extra work needing done and the quote was what we payed. Very professional and courteous staff. We'll be dealing with this dealership again. read more

This Harley Davidson has the best customer service I ever seen. The parts guy name Brandon help me out even off the clock. My sportster wasn't turning on and he guide me step by step on what should I do to get it going. I will definitely visit this store more often for new parts, service and eventually a new bike!!! read more
