Clean showroom and friendly staff. They don't do rentals, but that's ok. They have plenty of bike to see and a good selection of clothing.

Now there is a recall on my 2023 Honda Goldwing, a possible fuel pump failure. I was told I have to pay $35 dollars to have them pick it up. It's Honda fault they did a poor job on manufacturing. Honda refused to pay for the pick up. In my belief, safety first is just words. As a veteran, I cannot recommend Honda Motor cycles. Should have bought an Indian or BMW . Update, I made arrangement to have my vehicle inspected at the Brownsville's Honda Powersport. They checked on the recall, took my seat off and took a picture of the fuel pump number,,, and here is what they found. My fuel pump was not the one on the recall. No need to replace the fuel pump. Honda wasted my time. I worked at an automotive company for many years, these companies are suppose to ID each part by lot number that goes into a vehicle. So I have to wonder, did Honda know which part numbers were bad and what vehicles they were put into? Did they lose tract of it? I did not have to replace the fuel pump, Honda could have given me the part number, all I had to do is take off the seat a verify which pump I had by number. I could not recommend Honda after this supposed recall. In my opinion it was a waste of my time, my fuel part was not replaced.

I have purchased 16 new motorcycles across America from BMW, Honda, Suzuki, KTM, Yamaha and Harley…read moreDavidson. All of my purchases were very positive experiences except for a Honda I purchased through F&T Motorsport. Salesman knew almost nothing about what he was selling. Couldn't find the key to the bike. Didn't know how to start the bike. "Out the door price" increased 4 times. The dealership has no genuine interest in doing business because selling motorcycles is not their business. I suspect F&T is a front. A money laundering operation near the US/mexico border.

Do not trust this dealer to work on your bikes…read more If you buy one from them find a different shop to check it over Took my tiers to them as there are a bmw motorcycle dealer and repair facility they charged $140 in Mont and balance 2 brand new oem tiers on my wheels. I waited there took them almost 2 hours to do it once they gave them back I saw the old valve stems where there still called the Tex he said they where good no need to replace them. This is new for me when I put new tiers on at discount tiers the always replace the valve stems for safety reasons remind you my tiers where 6 years old. This is why I was replacing them since I was going on a bike ride to Mexico and didn't want any problems well in the middle of our ride in the mountains in Mexico the valve steam on the rear let go caused lose of control and damage to the bike and I had to buy a new tire down there as the closest tire shop was over 15 kl away try to air it up and make it hold with some tape as a last ditch evert trying to save the tire a bit but no luck and with no cell phone service it was not a good situation. Well once I got home I reached out to the dealer later in the day they started to text me like they where going to do something but then they just started ignoring my message I have try to call just to get out on hold with no response not I'm left with the bill for a new tire and the repair bill to my once pristine bmw bike due to there neglect and poor judgement I have try to work this with the Quality but as all can see in the screen shots. They don't want to and do not care about there customers what's makes things worse I was about to buy a 2025 BMW K 1600 Grand America but not not if this is how they treat there customers I love my bmw r1100 rt can't say much for the local dealer
